Escape to this secluded peaceful retreat just 2 mins from the highway on Loma Isabel de Torres' west side. Enjoy stunning ocean and city views, a private pool, entrance, and parking, all within a duplex. Ideally located 10 mins drive from beaches and 5 mins drive from Ocean World, with easy access to nature and city attractions. Features 3 A/C bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) with private baths, plus an A/C living room and a sofa bed —perfect for a relaxation getaway.
The living room features Air Conditioner, a ceiling fan and large windows that bring in a refreshing breeze and provide stunning views.
Other details to Note:
-The living room windows are not gated or screened; children should be supervised at all times in this area and throughout the house, including the pool.
- Surrounded by trees near the mountains, you may encounter bugs and other tropical creatures typical of the area, though we fumigate regularly to minimize this.
- Essential toiletries are provided (starter kit only).
- An emergency inverter is available to provide lighting and fans for the first two floors in the event of power outages that occasionally occur in the Dominican Republic.
