• Living room with gas fireplace, sofa and two arm chairs. Sofa has a queen pullout bed for additional sleeping.
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar. Brand new everything!
• Dedicated work area
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with separated shower/toilet area and double vanity.
• Second bedroom with queen bed plus bunk bed and attached bathroom with a shower.
• In-unit washer/dryer.
OUTDOOR AREA:
• Patio with gas grill and table/chairs. Private garden feel in the summer.
BUILDING and PREMISES:
• Detached one car heated garage.
• Two onsite outdoor hot tubs. One directly next to this condo.
• Access to Main Street Station amenities including outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, locker rooms with steam shower, owner's lounge, day lockers and media room. *The pool and 3 hot tubs next to it will be closed 5/5/25 for approximately 2 weeks for repair. The fitness center and the 3 outdoor hot tubs there will remain open.
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.
*Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses and closing dates. It typically opens prior to Thanksgiving and closes in mid to late April.
Walkable to everything Breck has to offer! The train park, troll hike and Carter Park are all within a block.
Other things to note:
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
ITEMS PROVIDED:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
» There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please visit the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of visiting high altitude.
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed).
