Tämä on kuvasi täydellinen perheen hyväpalkkainen koti. Se tarjoaa 5 makuuhuonetta 4 1/2 kylpyä ja 2 auton autotalli. Se on vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta ja uima-altaasta. Kaupungissa sijaitseva hotelli on vain muutaman minuutin päässä kaikista ravintoloista, kaupoista ja baareista, joita Port Aransas tarjoaa. Tämän kodin pohjakerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta king-vuoteilla ja yksi makuuhuone / oleskelutila. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone, jossa king size-vuode, ja kylpy, jossa nolla pääsy Walkin suihku. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kävellä kaappiin ja jakaa tunkki- ja jill-kylpy 3. makuuhuoneen / oleskelutilan kanssa. Kolmas makuuhuone on upea makuuhuone / oleskelutila, jossa 60 tuuman televisio ja täydellinen keittiö alakerrassa. Siinä on myös queen-size-vuodesohva. Tämä koti tarjoaa 5. 1 elokuvateatterin molemmissa olohuoneissa, joissa on HD, Blue Ray ja Apple TV, kaikilla yhdellä painalluksella varustetut kaukosäätimet helppokäyttöiseksi, litteät HD-televisiot 40 "- 70". Quick weekend trip

The house was amazing, especially huge main kitchen/dining area well stocked with anything you would need. All was clean as expected. There were a few loud neighbors partying on the balcony which didn’t bother us but upset one of the other neighbors to a point he was yelling threatening to call the cops. They were all much quieter after that. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. It’s walking distance from the beach. Having 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators is a plus. The elevator was great for hauling stuff upstairs, but know that it doesn’t go to the 3rd floor and it is located in the garage. It was difficult for my mother who uses a cane to use.

This property was great for family of 12. Large dining table was a selling point so we could all gather for family dinner. Sleeping on all levels allowed for alone time. Senior Boys Trip

We took a group of ten 17-18 year old boys for a beach trip before they start their senior year. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was the hub of activity and it had every utensil, gadget and cooking item we needed. The location allowed the kids to split their time between beach and pool easily. We rented 2 golf carts through the company recommended by the VRBO and I can’t recommend that enough - it was a great experience and really enhanced our trip.

Beautiful house

This house and it's location couldn't have been better. I've rented many beach houses, although never in Port Aransas. The elevator was a game changer. When you stay for a week, there are a lot of items that need to be brought upstairs and the elevator made that a breeze! It doesn't have a pool on the property, but the community pool is close and we used it daily. The house was furbished with everything we needed and we couldn't have been more comfortable. I would rent this house again.

Great vacation home

This home was perfect for our family! It has a very well equipped kitchen and dining areas. Location was spot on. Short walk to beach and pool. One of the bedrooms is actually a small den with a pull out sofa bed. There were no linens for that bed. That was the only drawback. We were expecting another full bedroom. We would definitely stay in this home again. Loved the Banyan Beach area!

Great week, but a few problems

Another excellent stay with Port A Escapes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family! Love the large living area and the master. The bunk room was perfect for grandkids. We have rented many houses in Port A and this ranks up as one of the favorites! There was an issue with a refrigerator being broken and the new one delayed, and PAE brought a loaner fridge in and up to the kitchen. While not “perfect” they went out of the way for it to be as close to it as possible. Stuff happens, things break, and PAE took it in hand and found a solution! We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at "A Shore Thing" this past weekend. We had 3 families (kids from 3 to 16 years old) and everyone had plenty of room. Grandma appreciated the elevator and ADA options since she id currently using a walker. The downstairs area is like a separate home with a full kitchen, den, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The upstairs kitchen was truly a delight for me to prepare family meals for our large group. They have everything needed to cook in this stocked kitchen including lovely serving dishes, tons of plates and glasses, nice/sharp knives, good pans, and even 2 crockpots. This has not been the case at other homes we've stayed at in Port A. Also, the photos don't quite do the interior justice...even nicer in person. This is our favorite home and we will be back!

Sandfest Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, over the Sandfest Weekend in April 2017. We were a huge group of 5 couples plus kids & the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. Only thing that threw us off a bit was that the 5 Bedrooms mentioned, included a small room with the convertible sofa couch. I would not have counted that as a Bedroom. Overall very new house, with all appliances being quite technologically advanced. Almost all of us work in technology field, but still had difficult time figuring out the stove, garbage disposal, etc. But the property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had. Beach is a quick walk away from this house. We had a great vacation, and would recommend this house to anyone with a large group/ family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental house because it was advertised as having an elevator. That was the deciding factor in deciding on a house for a reunion of mobility-impaired 70 and 80-year olds. When we arrived on Sunday, the elevator would not work. We called the help line and a repairman was sent out. He was unable to fix the problem. We struggled to get our luggage and food items up the stairs and into the house. The elevator did not get fixed until Tuesday afternoon. 3 long days. And we just assumed that the elevator went to the top floor. No, it didn't. So here we have 11 elderly people trying and failing to climb the steps to the second and third levels. Very disappointing, and we would never have chosen a three story house if we had known the elevator would not work. The house itself is beautiful. It was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It would have been the perfect house if the elevator was operational.

Family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day present for our parents. Both my sister’s and my families stayed with them. Great location, the elevator was a great help for my dad. My only complaints were the garbage disposal operation, and the cooktop. I looked for a good hour for the garbage disposal switch to no avail. I finally embarrassingly called the management company. Even the electrician was confused until he called his supervisor. Turns out you have to put the stopper in the drain and turn it. The cooktop buttons are very sensitive, and we got an error displayed at one point. I googled the repair, and had to reset the breaker (in garage). Not a huge deal at all, just FYI for future guests. Great location, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room.

We have a big family, enjoy space and comfort that can accommodate. A Shore Thing is a sure thing! It met every expectation. It was near the beach, clean, comfortable and simply a wonderful property. Thank you for having us!
