Guests may experience construction noise during work hours due to concrete removal and power tool use. In addition, your assigned parking space is expected to be unavailable for some time during May 1-14, 2025. These dates are subject to change due to weather and construction timelines. Parking within the complex is limited during the high summer season. Please keep this in mind when booking. The quoted price at checkout includes a discount as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

All living spaces have been thoughtfully designed to reflect the villa's relaxed, seaside feel.

Up another level, you'll find two guest bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ascend to the top level to discover the private ocean-facing primary suite with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own TV — offering a cozy retreat after a day by the shore.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, an assigned covered parking spot, and convenient elevator access. During peak seasons, we kindly ask each group to limit vehicles to two to ensure a smooth parking experience for all guests. When you're ready to unwind, you can relax on the beach or lounge by the spacious Beach Walker outdoor pool, which features a large deck, two oceanfront gazebos with stunning views, bathrooms, and a community grilling area for easy outdoor dining.
