Upouusi täysi remontointi Lower Deer Valley Resortissa! 100ft kävelymatkan päässä Resort

Äskettäin valmistunut ja valmis kaikille hiihtokaudelle 2014-2015! Sijaitsemme Bldg A: ssa Powder Run -yrityksessä, ja olemme kaapissa, josta pääsee Deer Valleyyn, joka sijaitsee aivan köysiradan vieressä ja 150 huoneistoa hiihtoon!

Kaunis 1500sf-huoneisto 2 kannella näköalalla Deer Valley Resortiin. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat suuria Master-sviittejä. Olemme poistaneet vanhat porealtaat, jotka olivat molemmissa makuuhuoneissa, ja sen sijaan suunnittelimme Master-kylpyamme siten, että siihen sisältyy sekä suihkukaappi että yksityinen kylpylä, kuten poreallas, rentoutumiseen sisätiloissa ja kylpyammeen yksityisyydessä. hyvä päivä rinteillä.

Juuri ostin kiinteistön huhtikuussa 2013 ja suoritti täydellisen uudistuksen syksyllä 2013. Se on kuin BRAND NEW Model Home. Uusi keittiö, kodinkoneet, lattiat, maali, huonekalut, kylpytakit, koko toimii! Jopa uusi poreallaskylpylä yhdellä kahdesta kannelta, joista olemme näkymät Deer Valley -vuorille!

Huoneistoon sisältyy WiFi ja kaapeli, kaikki vuodevaatteet, liinavaatteet, täysin kalustettu suurelle perheen tai ryhmän lomalle.

Olemme sijaitsee Bldg 'A', joka on lähinnä ja vain 50 jaardin päässä keinona! Olemme lähempänä kuin pysäköintipaikka keinona!
Meillä on myös turvattu maanpysäköintialue ja henkilökohtainen suksikotelo omaan käyttöösi.

Beautiful and peaceful

Our stay was 11 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer the property is absolutely beautiful had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect after our daily hikes and being so close to the mountains for live music what’s the best?Just a few steps away to catch a bus to go almost anywhere within Park CityWe hope to be back next year for a longer stay

Annual Christmas Ski Trip

This property location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the slopes. The condo is very homie and we will definitely be back again.

Great stay right at the base of the mountain

This is an extremely convenient location. Quick walk to chairlift. There is a place to store your skis for free adjacent to the lift, so we didn’t have to carry them every day. The condo was great. We enjoyed having a wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub right on the deck. Fun funicular ride up to the St Regis is right next door. Steve was super accommodating!

Great spacious condo in an excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our ski trip. You can walk to the mountain in just a few minutes and Deer Valley offers complimentary ski storage so we never had to lug our skis back and forth. The St Regis is right next door too so you can pop over there easily for a little apres ski. The unit itself is very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed to cook. And our host was super responsive. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Deer Valley / Park City location

The condo is VERY convenient to Deer Valley...roughly a 3 min walk to the slopes. Inside parking was great, easy to access and helpful with snow falling! The condo itself was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay (great set of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools), the hot tub was hot when we arrived and was fantastic to use after hard days of skiing. We never used the fireplace, but there was plenty of wood if we wanted to. The "style" of the condo was very modern, furniture was comfortable to sit around on as a family for movies at night. We really appreciated the games, and cards left for entertainment too. Convenient location for Park City "downtown" for restaurants and shopping. the check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Steve was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again in future visits.

Best location for skiing and perfect for families

We had a great stay at this property. We love the location - close to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis - making getting to and from the slopes every day really easy and near restaurants that we could walk to. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing.

Great Location

Great location in Deer Valley. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer. All the listing details were accurate. Loved the balconies for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Indoor parking was great, especially in Park City where parking is scarce.

Ski trip

Perfect place to stay if you want a property close to deer valley with the easiest access to the lifts. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and Steve was prompt with his communication. Everything was seamless and will definitely be staying here again next year.

Perfect slope-side Condo

Our family of four had an outstanding ski vacation at this powder run condo. It was close enough to the slopes so that we were able to sneak away each day for a quick lunch in our condo. The new renovations were outstanding, and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 and Grandma. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful redone apartment

Great location. Nice clean and spacious condo. Hot tub was great and worked perfectly. Worked in tandum with a grocery company so that my order for groceries was there when we checked in. Owner/operator was SUPER responsive Only drawbacks were - Can't use ship sticks or accept any deliveries They don't supply soap and shampoo (a little weird for such a beautiful property)

Clean, conveniently located property

We ski in DV every year and this was our first stay in Steve’s rental. He was super responsive and accommodating. The rental is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment and more, and the hot tub was spacious. It’s conveniently located to the lifts and the views are stunning. The bathrooms have heaters and wood was provided for the fireplace in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in this rental again next year. I highly recommend this rental if you want convenience to the lifts, nice accommodations, and are particular about cleanliness.

Nice condo in Deer Valley

Good size, well appointed condo close to some of Deer Valley ski lifts. The outside patios of the condo were not cleaned during our stay. The inside was clean. Instructions for the condo and communication with the owner were good. We were a bit disappointed by Deer Valley as there is no shop or store. Everything happens in Park City which is not walking distance but is easily accessible by free buses. The ski area is nice and does not allow snowboarders (a plus for us) but lift tickets are expensive ($249 for one day) as well as private ski instructors ($1470 for a day).

Best location in Deer Valley

We had an amazing week in Deer Valley and thoroughly enjoyed Steve’s Powder Run condo. We stayed at this condo eight years ago and selected it again for our return trip to Deer Valley. During our recent stay, it snowed non-stop and this condo was ideal for easily getting to the lifts…we just walked next door! Skiers who were off-site had difficulty with transportation due to road congestion and heavy snow on several days while we were there. Other things we love…the condo is well-provisioned with new appliances, a beautiful wood burning fire place, covered patio with grill and hot tub. We like to cook most of our meals at home and this condo has everything you need to do that. We enjoyed grilling out - steaks and hamburgers. We also enjoyed cooking meals on the gas range and even cooked chili in the crock pot. Anything we needed was there. A hot tub is a requirement for us and this condo has a great hot tub that is sheltered which was a plus with the constant snow fall and wind…we enjoyed Apres Ski every afternoon! Overall, this is a great place and we feel very much at home there. Steve is an awesome host and great communicator. He was in touch multiple times before and during our stay. Love this condo!

Perfect Condo Right Next to Snow Park Lodge

We just returned from a five night stay in this lovely condo. Everything was shiny, clean, brand new and just as pictured. All the stone and tile work in the kitchen and baths really is beautiful. We enjoyed all the nice little extras such as the heated floors in the bathroom (SO NICE!) and the hot tub on the deck all ready to go. My kids loved the room with the bunk beds and we enjoyed the split bedroom layout. There is a door on the side of the building that is closest to Snow Park Lodge so it was very, very convenient! One thing we did notice was that the comfort of the bed in the master was just average, but this is truly a minor issue. Also, note that toiletries such as shampoo and soap are not provided. I don't know what is standard and certainly this is not a big deal, but in other VRBO units we've rented there have been travel size ones provided so we just didn't think to bring any - just a heads up. The best part was how easy the owner, Steve, made the whole process. We have rented through VRBO in the past and had success, but I think this was the easiest one yet. All the access information was sent to us electronically well in advance of our stay - no need to stop at a rental office in town or check-in, just go straight to the unit and right inside. We did have one maintenance issue while we were there and Steve had someone out to fix it within a couple hours (on a weekend no less). Thanks for the great trip!

Great location... Awesome stay!

The location can't be beat at the base of the mountain. Less than 5 min walk to ski school and lifts. The building is older typical and the hallways outside the units are cold (not heated), however the condo has been updated nicely, was very clean, and we had no problems getting in, parking, etc. Parking was actually a coveted commodity at the end of our stay as the international freestyle competition brought a lot of traffic in those days. We enjoyed the festivities and not having the hassle of shuttling, parking, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked, even had a crock pot, blender, Keurig. We enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub and outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes. A few minor things to consider for improvement: The living area is rather drafty as the fireplace flue is stuck open. Not sure if that is intentional or not, but it needs to be maintenance and made functional for heat conservation. We made several fires in the evenings as the temps were in single digits some nights, which kept us toasty. I would also recommend replacing the carpeted areas with same/similar hard surface flooring like the rest of the house, as it's getting some age on it. I think there should also be some extra bath towels added. A mat or something should be placed under the hot tub steps as they slide very easily and are potentially dangerous for exiting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and another fantastic stay in deer valley! We would stay here again, especially for the awesome location, and highly recommend it!
