A car is strongly recommended for your stay at The Hood View Estate. The property is located on a quiet residential road with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, including trailers or team vans.

While you're just minutes from Gresham, Troutdale, and local shops, rideshare availability may be limited — especially in the evenings or early mornings. If you're visiting in winter, be sure to check mountain road conditions and carry traction devices when heading toward Mt. Hood.

The detached guesthouse included in your stay is fully furnished with a king bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Please note that there is no smoking on or around the property including the outdoor deck. Also please note that there are no loud parties allowed as we have neighbors and want to be respectful of their peace and quiet.
