Hyvin rakastettu ja pidetty yksityinen koti on golfkenttä. Kaksi kävely korttelin päässä rannalta pääsy. 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja tilavat yleiset tilat ja master makuuhuonetta. Vuodepaikkoja 10. Kuisti kietoa takana kotiin ja näköala golfkentälle. Useiden slide lasiovi merkintä. Puhdas! Nice keittiö, iso ruokailuhuone, pöytä sekä turvatarkastus kuisti. Jääpalakone, televisiot, umpikujaan juurikaan ole liikennettä johtaa pyörä tutkimuksissa. Suuri vanhempia pariskuntia kaikki yhdellä tasolla. Suuri perheille iso tilat ja paljon tilaa temmeltää edessä ja takana! Lähes kaikki perheen parissa, golfkentät, altaat, ja luontokeskus. Aja tietä 4 autolle.

Great place for a family gathering.

The house was as it is pictured, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The owners were responsive and helpful. This worked for all three generations, ages 8 - 75. It is on a golf course and just down the street from an access area to the beach. The bikes were a wonderful added bonus. The area was quiet and fun. Charleston is close enough that a day trip is easy - much to see and do there. I would love to go back.

Great holiday getaway location

Great location for a holiday getaway. Kitchen was very well equipped, comfortable bedding, close to beach. We enjoyed the golf view and watching the golfers pass by. The owner was very accessible for questions.

The home was absolutely perfect for this stay. The location was great, and we took advantage of bikes and beach toys. Our host took care of passes for family staying elsewhere and for catering van to get here on time. It was a very comfortable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it any more.

Outstanding!

We had a fabulous stay at this home on Kiawah Island. It was exactly as advertised - note their video description - and very comfortable for our family of four. It was a short beautiful walk/bike ride to the beach and two of the bikes have baskets to bring home all your shell treasures found during your stay. Extremely comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Our tennis team came to Kiawah for a tournament, and this house really met our needs as we were close to the tennis center and a 1-minute bike ride to the stunning beach. The home is as advertised; it is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The kitchen is new and well stocked with spices to cookware. We loved the double ovens! The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was our breakfast hangout. The master suite--amazing. The bikes and sand chairs which were provided only added to our exceptional stay. As often happens when traveling, we had a couple of issues arise during our stay, and it was so comforting to have Hunter and Lea address them immediately. We hope to stay here next year. Thanks again for making our trip so enjoyable. Rhonda

Great vacation for family of five and in-laws

My family of five spent a week in this house, also hosting my parents and my wife's mother for their first visits to Kiawah. Finding a suitable property wasn't easy because we needed wheelchair access. There simply aren't many properties that fit the bill on Kiawah. This one was perfect, accessible using our portable ramp and with plenty of room inside for a wheelchair or scooter. Everyone felt comfortable. The location is great -- on the golf course and about a five minute walk to the beach. Even with an unusual heat wave, we were comfortable on the large, shaded deck and spent a lot of time out there. The property owners were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure the house met the needs of our elderly guests. Just a tremendous trip and a great house. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home for a family vacation stay!

Great location: easy ride to beach and right on the golf course. Great sunrises! Large open space for family dinners, game-playing, movie-watching. BedRooms well situated for sleeping, quiet for put kids together in rooms, and fabulous master bathroom with tub and shower and beautiful-lit skylight! mattresses a bit uncomfortable but doable. Home full of equipment, amenities, plenty of dishes and cooking tools, Kureig, lots of towels, and basic needs to get started - dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, TP, etc. grill and tools in good condition. Communication with owners was timely and helpful. Highly recommend and will be staying again!!!

Great House for families

We loved the house: 3 young children, their parents and grandparents-all had space to enjoy by themselves and also altogether. The kitchen, grill, deck and screened in porch were all well used. The garage option with bikes and beach toys was an added benefit especially having a place to keep sandy beach gear instead of bringing it into the house.

Great location/Plenty of Room

The house was older and hasn't been updated (but we knew that going in from previous reviews). It was very clean and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil, pot, baking sheet, anything you could possibly need. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in all of the bedrooms. No extra towels so we did have to wash towels several times throughout the week. The washer/dryer appeared to be brand new. The garage has probably 18-20 bikes of all sizes and even two tandum bikes - although we didn't need those. There were 5 or so boogy boards, sand toys, a cooler, a wagon and 8-10 beach chairs. That was a big bonus to not have to worry about renting bikes or bringing our own chairs. It was about a 8 minute leisurely walk to the beach - kids rode their bikes there in two minutes. Great location on a cul-de-sac street. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room in each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again despite the fact that it could use some upgrading.

We loved how close the house was to the beach and bike trails. Quiet neighborhood and the layout of the house was superb! Lots of room for everyone and every family group had their own bathroom. We enjoyed our visit on the island!

Large, spacious house, very dated and worn interior

Overall, my family and our friends had a pleasant trip. Kiawah is very relaxing and the location of this house is excellent. We have been to the island before, but this is the first time at this property. Based on the photos and lower price, we knew this house had not been updated in 30+ years. Once we got inside, our suspicions were confirmed. Furniture, carpets, bedspreads and decor are very dated and have seen lots of heavy use. Doors and walls have grime on them from many hands and years of going without being washed. The beds were fairly comfortable. Towels were all new and is excellent shape. Kitchen was large and had an exorbitant amount of cookware and dishes. All appliances worked well. Utensils leave a bit to be desired but were adequate. TV in living room is a smart TV, is large and has cable. Also had a Netflix account. The detached garage has 20+ Adult beach cruiser bikes in it. They all required some TLC but were functional. Garage also includes beach toys, about 8 beach chairs which are in good working order, and a big wagon to pull down to the beach. There is an umbrella but it’s a massive market umbrella and would have been difficult to take to the beach. Check in was a bit of a confusing ordeal for multiple reasons, but that has been rectified. Owner is fairly responsive and attentive to issues if you need anything fixed or adjusted. Overall, the trip was a success as we ate a lot of fresh seafood (bought at the local store), spent a lot of time on the beach, and even played some twilight golf. The house was just a place for us (4 adults and 4 kids) to cook and crash. It wasn’t atrocious but it wasn’t spectacular. It is a solid “average”

The way this property is set up is very friendly to groups seeking to be able to retreat and to come together. It is well placed near everything. It has a warm feeling and it kept better than many people's primary residence (including mine sometimes :)

We love Kiawah. Time stands still here a bit. We can walk to the beach, ride bikes on the trials, head to fresh field, eat out or grill on the back porch whilethe kids play on the golf course after hours. I sleep well here. The kids are safe and free here. The adults are comfortable here. The house allows for quiet outdoor spaces, restful bedrooms, open kitchen newly renovated, newly renovated master bathroom, recently updated porches front and back, quick walk to beach or bike ride, with a garage full of bikes and beach amenities.
