To maintain a healthy and pleasant environment, a $500 penalty will apply for any violation of this policy. Thank you for helping us keep the space safe and enjoyable for all.

* Bugs & Critters: While we routinely treat the home for pests, sightings of insects or critters are still possible—after all, we’re in the beautiful Smoky Mountains! Please help keep them outside by keeping doors closed at all times.

* Essentials & Shopping: The unit is thoughtfully stocked with amenities for a comfortable short-term stay. For any additional personal items or preferences, nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas are easily accessible.
