🏡 Friendly House Rules – Please Read Before You Kick Back!

Hey there! We want your stay to be easy, relaxing, and smooth sailing—so here are a few house rules to help keep things cool with the HOA and comfy for everyone:

🛑 No Cardboard in the Trash Chute
Seriously… they mean it. Tossing cardboard (even a tiny box!) down the chute by the elevator = $500 fine. Let’s avoid that drama!

✅ All trash must be bagged and tied.

📦 Boxes? Please break them down and take them downstairs.

🚫 Bulky trash? Also goes downstairs (your legs will thank you later for the mini workout).

🚲 No Bikes, Kayaks, Inflatables, or Generators inside the unit.
Let’s keep it cozy—not crowded!

🕯️ No candles please—safety first (and the furniture thanks you too).

🪑 Outdoor furniture stays outside, indoor furniture stays inside. No couch surfing… for the actual couch.
