Pool, game room, perfect location

We loved the pool, hot tub, game room, and being close to all the action (Dollywood, Dolly’s Stampede, Great Smokies National Park, and numerous restaurants) but also still had a quiet and private feel. Wonderful host communication! Thank you!

Great location

Location was perfect. Close to everything. The pool was definitely cold. We expected it to be warm being inside but it was very cold. Cabin was perfect for the 6 of us. I think any more than six people and it would be tight. We had 4 adults and 2 kids.

Fun place to stay

We had a fun time in the indoor pool and playing in the game room. Cabin could use some updating and better supplies in the kitchen for cooking but overall it was a good place to stay in a great location.

Nice getaway

Two preteen boys loved the arcade, air hockey and foosball table along with the private pool. It was quiet and very comfortable. A very nice escape!

Private mountain enjoyment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had all the beauty of the Smokey Mountain wooded area around us with the privacy of our own swimming pool and hot tub. Everything was wonderfully maintained and the staff was always there if we needed them.

Getaway before college starts back.?

The cabin was amazing. Easy to get too. Aunt Bugs checked on us by text several times while we were there. Clean, relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals. Had cleaning supplies and plenty of towels. This was a very nice cabin. Pool was warm and surprisingly pretty big. Hot tub was kind of small only fit 2 people comfortably at a time. Other than that everything was perfect 😊

Christmas in the Smokies

The cabin was as advertised but could have used some updates. There were quite a few bugs that were making it from the pool area into the cabin. We need a few items at check in (hair dryer and iron). The property manager dropped off replacements within a few hours of my request. Overall a nice place but once again was in need of some updates.

not worth the money...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an ok time... but the staff are very rude... there are no bathtubs in the cabin only showers not a good fit for a 2 year old. 6 person cabin with a 2 person hot tub. The mold in pool room was bad. Downstairs was cold but upstairs was so hot. Freezer was leaking didn't fix it. If u go and its snows bring a shovel your going to need it. Didn't swim much because pool was freezing. Couldn't relax in hot tub because we were taking turns. I was so disappointed because the high cost and low quality.I'm going to repeat myself again the staff was awful and rude.

Gone Swimmin

The location of the property was not the greatest. There was a lot of trash in the surrounding the area.The pool was nice. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it.There were a few issues. The glass front of the oven was loose. Several lightbulbs were out. There was a dust pan, but no broom.There was also blood on one of the pillows.

Poorly maintained way to much money for existing conditions.

Mis represented property. Pool table broken, fusbol table broken, damages through out cabin, smelled of mildew or mold. Black colored mold growth in downstairs bathroom. Upstairs tv had no sound, and no remote to try and control TV. For the price it was totally miserable. There were other properties for less money that appeared nicer

Rental was good pool was advertised heated and didn’t seem so much there repair man came out and said it’s at the temperature they like it at which saves money on heating it but hinders the guest and the shower up stares doesn’t get warm

Perfect for our family!

My husband, my 12 year old, my 4 month old & I stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect! Just like tbe photos but better. The pool was perfect temperature for all of us, even the baby! My son didn't want to do anything else but swim. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, I am a stickler for clean showers/tubs and I had no issues showering here. The location was perfect. Super close to everything - and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

Nice- easy access to everything

We picked it for all the amenities as we were social distancing and still getting the best of what we love in the area. It was a perfect fit!

Family Getaway

Cabin was very nice and pool was excellent. Conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kitchen cabinet doors need some minor repair as does the panel under the sink in the main floor bathroom. Bunkbed ladder needs immediate attention with screws ...dangerous to little ones. Kids could not play outside due to poison ivy everywhere.

Not what was advertised

Rating Details:The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.I was more than happy with the location.I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:"Gone Swimmin" #260 has an indoor pool, but it isn't heated in February. The area around the pool is unfinished and rough stone, so need flip-flops to enter and start your teeth chattering. Visited front office and was told, (smile) "Nothing we can do, the temperature is a health issue". So they knew it was not warm without even sending someone to check. Dust piled on fan blades and top of curtains and you need to take time to clean sticky glass rings from kitchen counters, table top, coffee table and bar top. Wonder what else was not cleaned, so did not attempt hot-tub to save a trip to the doctor. Advertised air hockey table on website but two warning signs said there was not one available at this cabin. Another bait-and-switch. You can do better. Last minute rental for us, our last at Aunt Bugs. Our fourth cabin rental in area, this was our first bad experience. Area is great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was late January and the Christmas tree was still up. The pool table was uneven. The pool didn’t heat. The hot tub didn’t stay up to temp. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom felt cheap. The dishes didn’t even match. I paid almost 1000 dollars to stay in a cabin in reality I could have had a more pleasurable time at home.

Pigeon Forge Pool Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great vacation. Some disappointing features in the house, but would rent again and just verify details better and not this home. Pool was not heated as described. Kids enjoyed, adults did not. Pool lacked relaxing furniture. High top chairs are not great for pool furniture, same with kitchen chairs. I ate dinner at the couch each night. Downstairs bedroom had no bureau. Had to live out of suitcase. Limited kitchen supplies if cooking in, no cutting board, limited knives, no big bowls for serving or salads. No containers for left overs. Just not what we are used to compared to over homes I have rented. House was centrally located for visiting different attractions. Would definitely come back, just not to this home.
