This oasis is cozy yet spacious, ideally located in North Boulder on a cul-de-sac along a lovely path that leads to stunning greenspace surrounding Wonderland Lake in the Rocky Mountain Foothills. Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, including locally owned Lucky's Market, Cafe and Bakeshop, as well as to hiking trails leading right up into the Foothills. Spot deer on your sunset stroll. This sanctuary of a home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Pearl Street!

I love traveling and find it comforting when I'm able to rent a place that has character and is clean with the amenities I look for. I strive for others to have that at my house.

Location is everything in Boulder and being west of Broadway in north Boulder you have walking access to hiking trails, restaurants, market, coffee shops and more. It's north of Pearl street (5 minute drive), just far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood without the noise of downtown.
