Located in downtown Birmingham, the property offers access to metered street parking 8AM-6PM (2 hr limit | free after 6 PM) and a nearby paid parking lot. Please note: There is no onsite parking available.

To ensure a seamless check-in, we ask all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process through Enso Connect boarding pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is required by rental regulations and helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

You will be given an option to choose between a refundable $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is to protect both you and us during your stay. Please make sure to complete this verification prior to your arrival.

We go through great lengths to ensure we get the highest quality guest so we can continue to provide a 5-star home to all our guest.
