Street parking is available on 1st Ave N and Morris Avenue, with both metered and unmetered spots. Metered parking is free on nights and weekends. A gated parking lot behind the building on Morris offers parking at $4 per day.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We strive to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for future guests, we have the following guidelines regarding lost or damaged items:
1. Lost or Missing Items:
If any items (e.g., keys, towels, kitchenware, electronics, furniture, etc.) are lost or missing during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
Guests must notify the host immediately if an item is lost or damaged during their stay.
2. Replacement Fees:
A detailed list of replacement fees will be provided in the event of lost or damaged items.
Fees will be charged at the actual replacement cost, including any shipping or handling fees.
If an item is discontinued or no longer available, a similar replacement item will be chosen, and any price difference will be added to the replacement fee.
3. Damaged Items:
Any items that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to a replacement fee, which will include repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary.
Minor damage (e.g., small stains or scratches) may incur a partial replacement fee, at the host's discretion.
4. Key Replacement:
Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee to cover the cost of rekeying and/or new fobs.

5. Final Notice:
If any replacement fees are applicable, guests will be notified.
Payment for lost or damaged items will be processed through Airbnb’s resolution center.
