For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. --IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Shared beach access places you close to the shoreline, and the shared outdoor pool is available all year and heated. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time at the beach. Towels, bed linens, cotton linens, and extra pillows and blankets are included for comfort.
Convenience & access
A private entrance, keypad self check-in, and free parking on the premises make arrival smooth. Additional parking is available on the street. Luggage dropoff is allowed, and long-term stays are welcome. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities and can visit a laundromat when needed. Cleaning is available during the stay.

Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
