Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a very comfortable new King-sized bed and large windows offering spectacular views of James Peak and more. The spacious room features a comfortable trundle sofa for an additional lounging area and pulls out to be used as a twin bed.

The full sized washer/dryer is located in the closet and there is enough detergent for a couple of loads of laundry.

The attached master bathroom has plenty of room and light with shower/tub combo and new detachable shower head. There is a large closet to store your luggage.

It is an easy short walk to the free Powder Ski Shuttle and UTA Ski Bus.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
