This charming one bedroom condo is located just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale's best shopping, restaurants, and bars. The complex offers fitness center, pool, spa, and game room for all of your entertainment desires. Relax with your morning cup of coffee on the patio over looking the pool. Condo is comfortably furnished and fully stocked. Everything you need is here. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy your stay!
The space
One bedroom and one bath unit located in the popular Maya complex. This complex is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Condo is well appointed and kitchen is fully stocked.
Guest access
Guests have entire unit to themselves. There is no shared spaces.
Other things to note
No parties or disruptive behavior to the complex or neighbors.
All HOA rules must be followed when using the amenities. A welcome book with the rules will be provided at check in.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home
No smoking.
