Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, a portable fan, portable clothes rack w/hangers & attached private bathroom w/pedestal sink, toilet and shower.

🌅 Outdoor Living

The partial wrap around deck with bench seating is perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The property sits on .27 acres. The grassy backyard has direct access to the lake and is not fenced.

There is no dock; enter water at own risk. No outdoor water gear provided. We encourage you to bring your own life jackets, water gear and to utilize nearby public recreation areas.

Note: Please do not use neighbor's yard, docks or driveway. These are off limits to guests.

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin (with the exception of two closets used for storage), yard, and direct access to Eagle Lake. See notes below:

This property does NOT have a dock.

The yard is NOT fenced, and there is direct access to the lake from the backyard.

Swimming (not recommended) or entering the lake is at your own risk.

Neighboring docks, yards, and driveways are private and off-limits. Please be respectful and avoid trespassing.

This house has one security camera on the carport pointing to driveway. There are no cameras inside the cabin. We respect our guest's privacy. This cabin is secured by an alarm system which will NOT be on during your stay.

⚠️Eagle Lake Water Safety

There is direct access to the lake from the backyard—children should be supervised at all times.

Swimming is not recommended. Lake access is at your own risk. Life jackets are strongly recommended for any water activities.

Eagle Lake is home to native wildlife, including snakes, turtles, and alligators. Keep a safe distance and do not attempt to feed or approach any animals.

🚤Nearby Public Boat Launches

•Vicksburg Boat Ramp (Clay St, 5.2 miles, ~12 min): Yazoo River launch. No swimming due to currents.

•Eagle Lake Public Boat Ramp (6791 Eagle Lake Shore Rd, 15.4 miles, ~25 min): Ideal for boating and fishing. No designated swimming.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home.
Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.

Parking:
There are 3 spaces available for parking under the carport. Please do not block or park in the neighbor's driveway.

Yard and Lake Access:
There is no dock, however, there is direct access from the yard to the lake. Please enter at your own risk. Please do not use the neighbor's yards or docks. These are off limits to guests.

Pets:
We're sorry, but we do not allow pets on the property.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans outside. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
