Unwind in this charming cabin with breathtaking mountain views, handcrafted details, and rustic comfort. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or cozying up by the fire, The Carpenter’s Cottage is your perfect escape.
Book your stay today and experience the tranquility of the mountains! While the indoor fireplace isn’t available for use due to insurance regulations, you can still enjoy cozy evenings by the fire! Guests are welcome to use the gas fireplace on the deck or gather around the outdoor fire pit under the stars. Just remember to bring along your own firewood or purchase at the nearby market!
Our property is located mountainside, offering a peaceful setting with beautiful views. When you arrive, you’ll drive up a paved driveway with a steep incline at the beginning before it becomes more level at the top. The driveway can be navigated in any vehicle — we just recommend keeping a steady pace as you go up, especially as the pavement transitions to gravel. Once you reach the top, you’ll be greeted by a stunning view from the front porch — the perfect welcome to your mountain retreat.
Please note that all bedrooms are located on the second floor, and guests will need to use stairs to access them. We want everyone to have a comfortable stay, so this home may not be the best fit for those with mobility limitations.
We do our best to refill the propane tanks whenever we visit the cabin; however, depending on guest use, it may need to be refilled during your stay. If that happens, propane can be easily refilled at the Chevron gas station just 4 miles down the road. Simply take a picture of the receipt and send it to us through messages, and we’ll gladly reimburse you for the cost.
