Experience luxury in our 2,703 sq ft apartment, featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy endless entertainment with a dedicated game area, complete with a pool table and a selection of cards and board games.
Guest Access:
Main entrance is at 200 6th Ave N.
The Neighborhood:
Step outside and find yourself immersed in the vibrant heart of Nashville! Our apartment is ideally situated on 6th Ave N, placing you steps from the legendary Lower Broadway, home to iconic honky-tonks like Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and The Bluebird Cafe, offering live music around the clock. You're also within easy walking distance of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (approx. 10 minutes), the Ryman Auditorium (approx. 5 minutes), and numerous other attractions. For dining, explore a diverse culinary scene with everything from classic Southern fare to international cuisine. Plenty of restaurants and bars are literally outside your doorstep! Need to pick up groceries? Urban Market is within walking distance or a short drive. Experience the energy of Nashville right at your doorstep!

For those arriving by car, please note that while we do not offer onsite parking, there are three paid parking lots located within a half-block of the property.
