Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home and the garage. Please note, no parking in the garage as the laundry area is in there.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from bustling State St, La Cumbre Plaza, and so much more shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants & bars!

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze! Whether you take your own car, utilize public transportation or ride share- all are readily available!

✨AMENITIES:
We provide starter toiletries and cooking essentials such as: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners. Towels are provided.

✨ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

✨PARKING:
There is a driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional parking is available on the street.

✨THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps.

✨INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

✨OUTDOOR SPACE:
Backyard features outdoor seating, citrus trees & propane BBQ available for you to enjoy!

✨BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. Total accommodations can sleep 5 guests.

✨KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. Starter essentials such as oil, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee are provided. Once guests run out, they are responsible for their own essentials.

✨SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

✨ PET FRIENDLY: ONE DOG under 45lbs is allowed with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee. No cats. Keep dog off of furniture and clean up after them please.
