Additional Info to Know:

No shared access. You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. There is a separate, adjacent unit on the property occupied by a quiet long-term resident. They do not share access to this 3-bed/2-bath home in any way.

Private entrance + Eufy smart lock (black)

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in consideration of neighbors and all guests’ comfort.

Washer and dryer are not inside the unit, but are available for guest use. Detailed instructions for access will be sent upon request.

Front Door Not Pictured
The listing photo shows the private balcony. For guest privacy and security, the front entrance is not pictured (as it contains identifying address information).

No Backyard Access
Please note, the backyard is not part of the rental and is not accessible to guests. It is privately maintained and not shown in the listing photos. For safety and privacy reasons, we kindly ask that all guests remain within the designated unit and entry path.

Locked Storage Room
There is a locked door inside the home that leads to a cleaning supply storage area used by our cleaning staff only. It is not accessible to guests, and staff do not enter during your stay.

We’re happy to provide baby- and child-friendly items like a Pack ’n Play, baby bath, books, and more. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly!

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
