Our villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & a spacious living/dining area to exceed all your wants and needs for a great stay. In addition, the fully fenced in backyard offers an amazing oasis for relaxation & enjoyment! A golf cart & complimentary extras are included to ensure your stay will be amazing! Small dogs under 35 lbs. welcome.

This area offers a excellent recreational, dining, and shopping options all within a short golf cart ride!

Small dogs under 35 pounds preferred. Due to owner's extreme allergies, NO cats are allowed.
Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.
A golf cart is provided with this rental. You are responsible for proper use of the golf cart and any damages that incur during your stay. Please follow the instructions for use provided to you at the property. We ask that you return the golf cart full of fuel to avoid additional refuel charges.
