This 2 bed 2 bath home is a bright, clean, cute, quiet oasis in hip, vibrant Sunnyside neighborhood in North Denver. Recently renovated, modern, cozily decorated with artsy touches.
This is a midterm rental - a furnished monthly rental in Denver in the Sunnyside neighborhood just north of the center of downtown.
You'll be booking an entire home, recently renovated and decorated for comfort and convenience. While this is a duplex you only share one well-insulated kitchen wall and the backyards are divided nicely - very private, comfy, and quiet.
The home has been furnished and stocked by an experienced digital nomad who recently settled in Denver, so lots of thought and lessons from experience have gone into making a comfortable space that is ideal for working, living comfortably, and relaxing while in Denver.
Our cozy Sunnyside half duplex home includes:
-Fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware (plus some!!) to whip up a home-cooked meal
-Comfy living room with a smart TV
-Dining area for four
-Breakfast bar for two
-2 bedrooms upstairs on main level with extremely comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains, closets with hangers,
-2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs with bathtub/shower and bidet, 1 downstairs with shower and lots of extra space)
-Laundry room downstairs with a full washer + dryer
-Desk plus a few spots to get work done
-Ample, free parking
-Open floor plan with French doors that lead to a small back deck and a couple of seating areas in the private fenced-in backyard. The French doors allow for plenty of fresh air and sunlight on beautiful Denver days.
---The Neighborhood---
The Sunnyside neighborhood is one of the best in Denver - lots of history, charm, active businesses, and caring neighbors. Walk to nearby locally owned restaurants, boutique stores, gyms, salons, unique bars for every mood, and coffee shops. Borders more walkable neighborhoods (Highlands and LoHi). Quick easy access to Downtown Denver by car or bike, hospitals, convention centers, and highways to quickly be on your way to the mountains.
---Working from Home---
High speed wifi - fiber internet perfect for working from home. Desk and office chair located in one of the bedrooms. The dining room, sofa, breakfast bar, and back patio are also great spots to work from (according to me, your host, Erin, a digital nomad)
---Parking---
Parking on street for free, plus two private spots behind the home in a private parking lot accessed from the alley.
---The Yard---
Private fenced-in backyard (especially large for Denver) has a grass area and a few landscaped rock areas, several Catalpa trees, a small deck right outside the living room french doors, a table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a grill.
---House Rules---
One friendly, well-behaved, house-trained dog is welcome. Limited to one at a time. As of Jan 2026, there is no longer a pet fee!
- Dogs are not allowed on or in the beds. (to keep bedding clean and fur-free)
- Dogs must be crated if left in the home while you are away.
- Pick up dog poops and dispose in bags in the trash cans outside in the alley.
Any noise complaints will result in a request to leave and the cancelation policy applies. The wall between the duplexes is soundproofed, but still shared so please be respectful.
Guests and pets that are not on the reservation are not allowed. Violating this rule could result in a cancelation of your booking with no refund and additional fees.
By booking my place you agree to pay for the cost to repair or replace any items or damages caused by yourself, any of your guests, or your dog including extraordinary messes requiring extra cleaning.

Hi, I’m Erin, your host! I live in Denver and am an entrepreneur. I love spending time with my tiny jungle dog Mali, hiking, eating out on patios, working in my gardens, and exploring new places by bike.
I am originally from South Carolina and spent much of my childhood traveling. While we were living in Europe, my family stayed at bed and breakfasts in other people's homes and I became enchanted with other people's spaces and customs and the idea of hospitality in another's home as a key component of exploring a new place. It was an incredibly enriching way to experience the world, and as I grew up I continued this style of traveling. In 2008, I moved to Costa Rica for a decade. While there, I managed a few different AirBnBs from posh hillside mansions to beachside retreats to a rustic treehouse in the jungle.
Now, here I am in Denver! While this home is no treehouse or mansion, it is a cute cozy oasis in an incredibly fun neighborhood named Sunnyside. I work here, live here, and play here. I love this area and hope that you will love it just as much as I do!

Comfort, location, good fiber internet, well stocked, It's an incredibly cute house with a very charming flow, nice bright light, and warm cozy feeling. The fenced-in backyard is large for Denver and the inside seamlessly flows to the outside for those classic beautiful sunny Denver days. The new central AC and heat, blackout blinds, and stocked kitchen help add to the comfort and convenience!
I value my sleep, cooking my own meals, being able to work with speed in a nice environment, and taking care of myself - so I've made the home very comfortable for relaxing, sleeping, cooking, and have made sure there are a few work-friendly spots around the property.
With decades of travel experience and living in various states and countries, I have learned what works to make a new place a comfortable home as fast as possible and have worked to make my home the perfect furnished Denver rental for my guests.
