As you walk into the main level of the home, you'll be greeted by a bright, fully renovated kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
This main level also includes a step down living room. Living room has high ceilings and a beautiful propane fireplace. Looking to the right, there is a sliding glass door to enter a screened in porch that also opens to the deck, where you can BBQ and enjoy the wooded views. There are also three bedrooms and a bathroom on this level.
Going upstairs, you will find a gorgeous walkway overlooking the downstairs living area. The open bedroom on this level also has a sliding glass door to a second private deck!
The lower level features another inviting living area with a large couch, Smart TV, pool table and full bathroom! Lower level bedroom features two bunk beds and laundry area.

With rental home you also have access to the amenities within The Hideout community including two outdoor heated swimming pools, beach access, lake usage, A 9-hole golf course. The Recreation building has a golf simulator, gym, arcade room, indoor tennis/pickleball courts. Outside recreation includes tennis/pickleball courts. shuffleboard court, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court. Some of these amenities require a small additional fee.
Community has a restaurant and bar near the golf course called The Clubhouse. Also has a newly renovated Tiki Bar at the main beach and pool.
Member badge needed for entrance to amenity. We have amenity badges in the house for guest usage, including free access to the beach and pools! Three badges are specific for renters, we would suggest at least one of those badges accompany you to every amenity, especially if planning on visiting the Clubhouse or Tiki Bar! All badges must be returned and put back in the home upon checkout. If any badges are missing or lost, a $40 replacement fee for each card will be the responsibility of the primary renter.
Pets are not allowed!
Other things to note
This home is located within a gated community called The Hideout. Registration is required at least 3 days prior to arrival date. Rental Manager will send the registration form within the time allowed to submit. This registration form will ask for primary renters name, age and mailing address as well as names, ages and relationships to the primary renter. This is a community requirement and not within control of the homeowner. Community will impose a $100.00 rush fee if this step is not completed in time. All drivers must stop at the main gate for gate passes. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration for entry into community. There are no exceptions. No discounts or refunds will be given if any guest is denied access to the community due to not having these forms upon arrival or refusing to present.
Garbage must be removed from the property by renters periodically and at check out. There is a community trash facility - please see documents at the house for location and hours. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure. Please do not leave garbage outside of the home as this will invite animals to the property and create a mess. Any garbage left behind after departure that requires removal from cleaning company will result in additional fees to the primary renter. Costs will be associated with the amount of garbage left behind. This includes food and drinks left in any refrigerator / freezer.
Starter supplies for paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soup, hand soap, garbage bags provided. Please plan for any additional needs accordingly. Bed linens, blankets and pillows are provided. Bathroom towels are provided for your use; we kindly ask all guests that laundry by done and all towels be returned cleaned to the areas they are found upon departure. We will provide laundry detergent to all guests and appreciate following this request!
ALL DRIVERS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE MAIN GATE TO GET GATE PASSES AND TO OBTAIN ACCESS.
Drivers license and valid vehicle registration is required for entry along with car make, color and model for security to issue parking pass. Only the people registered in advance will be listed on the reservation and permitted in the gated community.
Parking pass is required for each vehicle entering the community and will be available at community main gate security office at the Hideout entrance upon check in. Parking passes should remain visible on the dashboard of each car for the entire duration of the reservation for entry back into the community, when parking at any amenity and when disposing of garbage at community trash facility.
There is a 25 MPH speed limit, radar enforced. No street parking allowed. Any tickets or fines incurred by anyone staying or visiting at this rental during the reservation period will be the financial responsibility of the primary renter.
The home is equipped with ring cameras outside of the home; facing outside only. No cameras or noise recording devices are inside the house. Blocking or removal of these cameras are against the rules as these are set in place for property protection only.
The community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible and will not offer discounts or refunds for any non-use; includes weather related closures.
Primary renter must be minimum 26 years of age. No parties or groups. No unrelated occupants up to 3 persons allowed per association rules. Community Rules and Regulations provided at the house or you can refer to them online at hideoutassoc.com and check the tab for Rentals Rules and Regulations. The community's rules and regulations specify that this home is approved for up to 6 cars during any stay. Each driver would need to show their driver's license and vehicle registration at the time of check in at the security gate to obtain a dated gate pass.
Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. The Community has its own Public Safety that will enforce speed limits, disturbances and any other violations to the rules. Check the website at hideoutassoc.com for more information about amenities, and rules and regulations. Primary renter will be responsible for any charges for violations during your stay.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside home. Remove associated smoking debris from exterior.
