Because this is our family home, there will be some closets and cabinets throughout the house that will be locked and not accessible to guests.


Some things to note:
✔ We do not have AC; most coastal homes do not. Each room has a fan and windows for that cool ocean breeze.

✔ No Unauthorized Guests. In accordance with our insurance policy, city permit, and commitment to being respectful neighbors, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at any time. Violating this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
