Welcome to your spacious alpine retreat at Tyra Unit 128, ideally located steps from both the Snowflake Lift and downtown Breckenridge. This beautifully updated three-bedroom condo spans 1,271 sq. ft. of inviting mountain comfort, designed for those who want the best of both adventure and relaxation.
Unwind in the bright, open-concept living area, featuring luxury flooring, large sun-filled windows, and a stone-accented gas fireplaceâthe perfect aprĂšs-ski gathering spot. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances provides everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the dining area comfortably seats 6â8 for shared dinners and conversation.
After a day on the slopes, step onto your private balcony to enjoy crisp mountain air and peaceful forest views under a starlit sky.

Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.
Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am â 10pm.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
