Charming 2-bedroom townhome that's fenced with private backyard.
Townhome that’s newly constructed in January 2022 in a quiet neighborhood. Designed to be comfortable and private with a fenced-in backyard. I styled the home with a pet in mind so your furry friends are welcome. I only ask that you are responsible, the most basics from clean-up bags, crates and a yard to roam are all available to you.
The home comes with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a master bathroom, second bedroom with bathroom and a half bathroom downstairs. The master bathroom only has a shower but there is a bathtub in the other bathroom, if desired. You'll have access to high-speed fiber internet and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Coffee and first night toiletries included. Also, bookings for more than 2 nights include a free meal via a Doordash gift card with a value of $25 per guest.
Washer and dryer are located upstairs, if needed.
Parking is simple because you can park directly in the driveway. The garage is closed off for storage but you can fit two vehicles in the driveway or use the street for parking as many other homeowners choose to do. These instructions will be included with your information before arrival.
Location is perfect, you'll be about 20-30 minutes from anywhere in Raleigh, some places even less due to the close proximity of the Raleigh belt line.
