For the nomad worker, the internet is fast, and there is a dedicated space to work. I'm happy to be able to share my home with guests who appreciate getting away from the hustle and bustle.

CantaMia is a wonderful community offering walking trails, dog parks, a marvelous clubhouse with 2 pools, a full fitness center, massage therapist on site, and a host of clubs and activities for any interest (art, cooking, exercise, cards, games). There is also a cafe and bar that offers great prices for lunch, happy hours and dinners. Check out the billiard room, computer room and more. It has something for everyone.

My home has been upgraded to a full home H2O water system that offers high quality drinking, bathing and washing water. You may have heard the desert water is hard and tastes metallic - not so with my home. I have also stocked the pantry with a multitude of small appliances (panini grill, instant pot, and more) for your cooking convenience. There are 2 ovens and a microwave in the kitchen and lots of dishes, glassware and serving dishes, The backyard seating is covered from the most direct sun and is a great place for a beverage and to relax by the flames of the fire pit. It backs onto a sunken walking trail, so it is a quiet oasis. The courtyard in the front is private and you will love eating outside in the warm evenings. When you want to socialize, you can pop over to the Village Center for a snack, a beverage and on occasion live music.
