The Space:
As you enter, you'll find yourself in the living area, with the kitchen and dining space straight ahead. The bedrooms and full bath are right off the main living area. The primary bedroom has an ensuite 1/2 bath. The laundry area is conveniently situated at the back of the house, off the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes three private bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable office space. You'll also have access to amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential neighborhood in mid-Nederland, located just minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Getting Around:
For transportation, a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the potential for limited ride-sharing options.

Other Things to Note:
This property welcomes business travelers for extended stays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night's stay.
