The open-concept layout includes a comfortable sitting area and bar seating at the large kitchenette counter. The space is equipped with a countertop hot plate, toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, and cookware—perfect for easy breakfasts or a cozy dinner in. A dedicated coffee bar adds the perfect morning touch.

In addition to the plush king-size bed, guests can enjoy a full-size Murphy bed and a queen-size pull-out sleeper—making the space flexible, cozy, and ready for up to four guests. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and a clean, simple design for easy comfort.

Step out onto the expansive deck and take in the elevated view of downtown Wimberley. With a private hot tub, outdoor seating, and string lights overhead, this space is perfect for wine at dusk or morning coffee with a breeze. ―THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book―
CHECK IN Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to keep it pristine for every guest, and we're excited for you to enjoy it! Just a friendly heads-up, any cleaning beyond the ordinary might incur an extra charge.
LAUNDRY: Please note that the Treehouse does not have an in-unit washer or dryer. However, there’s a convenient laundromat just a 5-minute drive away if you need to freshen up during your stay.
MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: You must be at least 21 years of age to book at the Wimberley Treehouse. A photo of your government ID is required after booking and we will require you to sign a rental agreement.
CRITTERS: Our house is in Texas Hill Country, and like many homeowners around here, we have regular pest control to keep critters and bugs at bay. However, every now and then, a few might sneak in. It's pretty rare, but we just wanted to give you a heads-up that it's part of country living!
DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your booking includes coverage for accidental damage during your stay, because we understand that sometimes things happen. We kindly ask that you let us know if anything is damaged, so we can take care of repairs or replacements as needed.
INSURANCE: Given the unpredictable nature of our world, we strongly suggest considering travel insurance to safeguard against any unexpected events. Our cancellation policy is firmly in place, so insurance can offer you peace of mind and protection.
