We will have a required municipal agreement that needs to be signed before access codes are shared.
Basically
You agree to the occupancy of 8 or under- anything over 8 is considered a party and needs to be pre-approved to avoid fines
You agree to only one approved dog on site and you are SOLELY responsible for the pet clean up, damage, control and waste removal and barking. Excessive barking is not allowed to be kind to neighbors Clean up, damage and injury costs will be solely your responsibility to cover and pay
You agree to fully bag all trash and keep the home clean and waste free to avoid bugs and rodents. Trash containers during an extended stay will be taken to the street on the day before pick up and brought back to the house the evening after pick up
You agree to park up to 3 cars only in the driveway and not on the grass or the street as required by municipal code to avoid ticketing
You agree to quiet hours 9pm-7am as required by municipal code. This includes amplified sound outside.

Check in and check out times are strict due to turn and crew times for turns. Please reach out before hand if you think we may need something different so we can try and accommodate
