Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a full family meal, the kitchen offers everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The living room provides a relaxing space for you and your guests to unwind after a day of exploring all that the area has to offer, plus a large 65” TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 1:
A cozy Queen bedroom with its own 55 TV and a comfortable bed and a Shower Next door.

Bedroom 2 (Main Bedroom):
This beautiful and spacious bedroom features a King-size bed, an ensuite with a private bathroom and shower, and plenty of storage space.

Another Queen bedroom, with its own 42 TV and a shower.

Bedroom 4 (Mickey-themed room):
This fun, Mickey Mouse-themed room is perfect for younger guests! It features 2 Twin beds, vibrant Mickey Mouse decor, and a 29 TV for entertainment.

Windsor Cay Resort is a brand-new gated community with first class amenities and is located very close to Walt Disney World and major attractions, shopping and restaurants.
This luxury resort has a huge clubhouse with many entertainments for your vacation, including a large zero-entry resort style swimming pool, lazy river, double waterslide, children s water park, spa/hot tub, bar, cabanas, fitness center, game room, mini-golf course, cornhole court, sand volleyball court, basketball court, cafe and ice-cream shop and much more!
You and your family will be thrilled and entertained and will not want to leave this amazing resort! Everyone will enjoy the stay!

We would like to inform the Resort's updated parking regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Each property is allowed a maximum of 4 or 5 vehicles, depending on the lot size. Please check your specific property's limit upon arrival.

Important Points to Remember:
These vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors they might have. Once the vehicle limit is reached per property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in the resort.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Barbecue/Grill: $65.00 + taxes per stay, including one propane tank and final cleaning. If the home has a grill, please request it prior to check-in.

Pool/Spa Heat: $30.00 + taxes per night (must be for the entire stay). If applicable, please request this 2 days before check-in.
