Our duplex is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and privacy. It’s divided into two separate living units, each offering its own entrance and fully equipped private space. Doors to the laundry room can be unlocked to allow access to entire home.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the entire home which means you'll have access to both sides of the duplex, if you only need 1 bedroom, each side can be rented separately, please see links below.
Each unit features a cozy bedroom, comfortable living area, and fully equipped kitchens, so you can prepare meals just like at home. The open-plan living spaces are designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating areas, modern furnishings, and natural light streaming through large windows.
Situated just a short drive from Sedona, one of Arizona’s most famous destinations, you’ll have easy access to a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, sightseeing, and exploring the area’s iconic red rock formations. Spend the day hiking Cathedral Rock or enjoy a scenic drive through Oak Creek Canyon. Sedona is also known for its art galleries, unique shops, and vibrant food scene.
For wine lovers, Cornville is at the heart of Arizona’s wine country. A short drive will take you to several local wineries where you can enjoy tastings and tours. Spend the afternoon discovering new wines and learning about the area’s winemaking process, or simply relax and sip wine in the picturesque tasting rooms.
