Our home is named in honor of Nell, our beloved 89-year old grandmother, who lives right downstairs! Originally from Tempe, Arizona, Nell and her late husband Chuck, fell in love with Newport Beach during their family vacations. One summer, they decided to make this
special place their permanent home and purchased 218 20th Street. Nell has lived here ever since, filling the house with warmth, laughter, and countless memories.
We created âUpstairs at Nellâsâ to share a piece of our familyâs story and the charm of this home with guests like you. We hope you feel the same sense of comfort and joy here that has meant so much to our family over the years.
