Step inside and discover a space designed for comfort and relaxation. Despite its ground-floor position, the apartment's elevated setting provides panoramic views of the complex, pools, Spanish Water, the harbor, and the sparkling sea.
The living room is breezy and bright, with sliding doors leading to your private, spacious terrace. Here, you'll find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable lounge set – perfect for enjoying the views. The living room is air-conditioned, and you'll have free, super-fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern essentials like an American fridge, a combi-oven, kettle, and Nespresso machine.
The apartment features two luxurious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (1.85 x 2.00 m) and ample storage. Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and have their own private ensuite bathrooms. A separate guest toilet is also available.
A dedicated utility room provides a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities for your convenience. The interior is decorated with modern, new furniture with a delightful Caribbean flair.

A €200 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in (cash or bank transfer). This will be returned after check-out, pending a property inspection and electricity and water usage calculation.
Please note that electricity and water is charged separately at $0.50 per KWh and $7,30 per Cubic meter. We'll take meter readings at both check-in and check-out, and the usage will be deducted from your security deposit. This transparent system ensures fairness for all guests.

Bon Bini we are Max & Amy and are the proud owners of units 3C and 4C in the Spanish water apartments. Max was born and raised in Amsterdam but has lived for 33 years in the US. Amy was born in Kentucky and we call this our home state. We have 6 children (5 girls, poor Max) and our Son. Needless to say we are busy and on the go all the time. We love spending family time on the Island and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
