Manatee Bay Hideaway is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfront home that accommodates up to 8 guests. This home is located on the intercoastal waterway and walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach! Grab the beach wagon and chairs..... get ready to sink your toes into the warm white sand! This home is newly remodeled and feels bright, airy, and very welcoming. Manatee Bay Hideaway home features a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, a cozy living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the garage, and a private yard. Take your favorite beverage out to the waterfront and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, while keeping a lookout for dolphins playing!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee maker, knife block, and pass-through window to the dining room. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table w/ seating for 6, ceiling fan, TV. Door leading to screened-in patio with 3 Adirondack chairs, resort-style sectional, and coffee table.
Living Room: Sofa sleeper, loveseat, coffee table, 2 end tables, basket chair, and console table with TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 trundle beds (found underneath the King bed), 2 nightstand tables, a ceiling fan, a desk, a walk-in closet, a door to the screened-in patio, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and step-in shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 1 trundle bed (found underneath the Queen bed), 2 nightstand tables, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and single vanity.
Garage: Washer & dryer, 5 beach chairs, and beach wagon.

Important Information:
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: This property provides 6 parking spaces. There is no street or grass parking.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
