Set in the serene community of Sea View, this 7-year-old cottage combines modern comfort with coastal charm. From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the open and thoughtfully designed layout that makes this home feel airy and inviting. The heart of the cottage features a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area—perfect for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. A vaulted ceiling in the living and kitchen area enhances the sense of space, while natural light floods the interiors through oversized windows.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed and elegant finishes, offering a peaceful place to rest after a day in the sun. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, while the third also includes a queen bed —perfect for children, teens, or additional guests.
Each room is tastefully decorated and features high-quality finishes, including warm hardwood and sleek porcelain tile flooring throughout. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot water before strolling along the charming plank walkway that leads you back to the expansive deck. Measuring 46 x 25 feet, the deck is an ideal space for barbecues, dining outside while watching the tide, lounging with a book, or enjoying evening drinks under the stars. With locking gates, it also provides peace of mind for families with young children or pets.
For added convenience, the cottage includes full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer units, so you’ll always have fresh beach towels ready.

The gentle rocking of the boat, the cry of seabirds overhead, and the thrill of reeling in a fresh catch became treasured moments that shaped his love for the sea.
When it came time to name his own coastal beach house, there was only one choice that felt right — The Cape Islander. This name carries not only the charm of maritime tradition but also a deep personal connection to family, heritage, and the pure joy of those carefree summer days. The house now stands as a place where others can create their own oceanfront memories, much like the ones that inspired it.
