The Space:
Welcome to Dusty Dunes! The open top level is perfectly set up for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying each others company! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, and the dining area can host your group to enjoy meals together. The great room has lots of windows and is flooded with light, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the deck with a drink, snack, or book in hand. There is a king master bedroom on this level, with a private ensuite full bath.

On the mid level is a variety of bedrooms to choose from. Another king master ensuite is available, as well as a queen room, a bunk bedroom, and a twin bedroom. There is a hall full bath also on this level, ensuring convenience for everyone.

The ground level is where the real fun begins. Challenge a competitor to a round of pingpong or air hockey. There's a designated area for the movie watchers in the family with a cozy couch and TV. The kitchenette and bonus full size fridge means snacks and drinks are right in hand! The 6th bedroom of the home is also on this level, offering a queen bed with a semi-private full bath. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
