Come stay at our fully equipped home tucked in the woods. All furnishings are brand new. Many renovations and updates have been made for you to enjoy while feeling at at home.

Have a wedding and need space for kids and babysitters? We are walkable to the "Trailside Inn". Golf trip - you can be at Green Mountain National within 5 mins and Killington Golf Couse within 10 minutes. You love hiking - there are countless trailheads out our door.
The space

The FIRST FLOOR provides open space for all. Whether you are hosting dinner, playing games and/or watching TV, the first floor is where memories will be made. Have a group of kids - awesome - send them into the Rec Room…

The "REC ROOM" is designed for the kids and overflow. Have a dance party, watch TV, play games. The oversize green corduroy couch doubles as a queen bed (trust me, it's comfy). The chair doubles as a twin bed. The closet offers extra linens, towels and air mattresses.

The "DINING NOOK" - Farm Table, chairs and bench seat 7-8 comfortably surrounded by windows.

The "DEN" - the vibe just feels like you are sitting in VT. You can thank my husband for the 65 inch TV and thank me for the fun plum velvet couch and comfortable leather swivels. We wanted to create a space that is inviting, and comfortable for all. We can't wait to share this place with you.

The "3-SEASON PORCH - a great spot to hangout, eat, play games any time of day. Great breeze.

Full Bathroom with a walk in shower & laundry area sums up the first floor.

UPSTAIRS:
You will find 3-bedrooms with brand new carpet, ceiling fans and beds plus a fully renovated bathroom with a double vanity and tub shower combo for the littles.

The "PRIMARY" bedroom offers a King bed with plenty of closet and drawer space. Additional space for a pack-n-play (we have one for you) and/or air mattress if needed.

The "APRES SKI" bedroom offers a brand new queen bed with place to house all your items. This room also affords space for an air mattress and/or pack-n-play.

The BUNK Room - Single bunk bed wrapped in a fun ski/mtn theme wall paper. Cubbies are provided to unpack your bags for your stay.

Guest access
As renters you will have full access to the house unless otherwise marked.

Renters will have full access to first garage bay (direct door from mudroom) - garage door opener will be available. You are welcome to store your gear - bikes, golf gear, ski gear, etc. The mud room also offers space for ski and golf gear. No bikes in the mud room please.

We have a water hose to wash off your bikes after a day on the trials. Feel free to rinse the dirt of your shoes and legs too before entering the house :).

Owners closets and areas will be marked and/or locked. We ask that our renters respect these spaces. Basement - while this space will be unlocked, we ask that only adults go down if and when needed (i.e. need to access the fuse boxes)

Backyard - the woods are a fun place to explore. We have built a firepit for all to enjoy. Please no bonfires and please ensure the fire is put out when done. Collect your own firewood in the woods (true VT living).

Front yard - enjoy the Adirondack chairs as you are having your morning coffee or/and afternoon and evening snacks and beverages.

The Green Mountains offer many summer activities for the outdoor enthusiast.

Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center.

Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and waterfalls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. History buffs can enjoy visiting many Revolutionary battlefields as well as taking a trip to The Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Library in Plymouth, VT just 15 minutes from Killington. Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, is home to the Billings Farm and Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Vermont's best public golf course, Green Mountain National Golf Course, is located right here Killington as well as the very challenging Killington Golf Course. We have everything for the whole family.
