# Guest Access
• Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool area, sunroom, backyard, and 2-car garage. Please note: There is a locked cabinet in the kitchen used for personal storage; we kindly ask that guests do not attempt to open it. Thank you for your understanding!

#Important Notes for Your Stay
• Complimentary cleaning is provided every two weeks for guests staying longer than a month.
• Pool Care: Our pool is unscreened, so leaves and debris may enter between weekly cleanings.
• Glassware Policy: For your safety and that of future guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided around the pool area. Any broken glass found in or around the pool may result in an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation!
• Children & Pool Safety: For the safety of all guests, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool.
• Home Respect: This is our private home, and we love it dearly. We ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own.
• No smoking, please.
• No pets allowed, including service animals, due to owners’ severe allergies.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Please don’t move furniture between indoors and outdoors.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
• This is a single-story home with easy, step-free access.
• For your safety, we have a Ring doorbell and two outdoor security cameras. They face outward (not into the house). Camera 1 is on the side, watching the side yard and part of the backyard. Camera 2 is at the back, facing away from the pool. These cameras record only when motion is detected and will be on during your stay.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
