**The pool is not screened, so leaves and debris may enter between weekly cleanings.

**For your safety and that of future guests, we kindly ask that you use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Please note that any broken glass found in or around the pool will result in an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

**For the safety of all guests, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool.

We’ve included a variety of board games and 4 pickleball paddles for your enjoyment. You can play pickleball just a few minutes away at Arlington Park—perfect for a fun and active outing during your stay!

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private pool area, sunroom, backyard, and 2-car garage.

There are two locked cabinets in the kitchen that we use to store our personal belongings. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to open them. Thank you for your understanding!

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please don’t move furniture between indoors and outdoors
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- This is a single-story home with easy, step-free access
- For your safety, we have a Ring doorbell and two outdoor security cameras. They face outward and don’t look inside the house. Camera 1 is on the side of the house, watching the side yard and part of the backyard.
Camera 2 is at the back, facing away from the pool (not directly at it).
- These cameras record video and audio only when motion is detected and will be on during your stay.
