NEW LISTING! Wake up to endless Caribbean Sea views in this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo in the ocean front building directly on Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach. In the upscale Regal Beach Club, Unit #122 features a private direct ocean view patio, a modern full kitchen, and resort-style amenities. A short walk takes you to restaurants, shops, and water activities. Enjoy the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience in paradise.
Accommodation:
The master bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable king bed, beach/Caribbean Sea views, Black out curtains, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen television. The 2nd bedroom also offers plenty of room with two cozy twin beds, (can be converted to a king bed upon request) a flat screen TV with a guest bathroom just outside the bedroom.
Fully Equipped:
The living area has a tropical vibe, perfect for relaxation, along with a flat-panel TV and stunning ocean views. The newer fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare fantastic meals during your stay, including a Keurig coffee and Drip Coffee maker for your convenience. A safe is provided for your valuables.
For your convenience, should you wish to explore the many beach opportunities on the Island, 4 beach chairs and a cooler are provided. Public Beach, Governor's Beach, Smiths Cove to mention a few.
Essential Starter Pack Includes:
Premium bath amenities (shampoo,soap,conditioner) - Starter of paper essentials (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels) - Full starter pack of household supplies, including laundry detergent.

Convenient Location:
The location of the Regal Beach Club is excellent, with various restaurants within walking distance to cater to every taste and budget. Enjoy snorkeling right in front of the condo! You can also take a stroll to Camana Bay, where you'll find elegant shopping, dining options, coffee shops, gelato, and panoramic views of the Island from the tower.
The Regal Beach Club amenities include:
- There is a sugar sand beach which fluctuates seasonally, with walk in access to the sea.
- Tennis/Pickle ball court, (including 2 pickle ball rackets) fitness room, two outdoor gas BBQs, two swimming pools – a large oceanfront pool, whirlpool with overflow into shallow pool, lounge chairs/umbrellas, beach toys and complimentary parking. A telephone is available for local calls to arrange your island excursions.
- A personal on island property manager is available to ensure your stay is flawless. Mid week and check out housekeeping included with daily housekeeping at an additional cost.
The location is ideal, with various restaurants, a yoga studio, coffee shops, and water sports nearby. Guests can also explore the Camana Bay waterfront complex, which offers a range of dining options, boutiques, movie theater and local markets.
Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, Cimboco, Coconut Joe's, Chicken/Chicken, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.
For quick casual take out try Pizza Hut, Burger Shack and Ala-Kabob and enjoy Oceanfront dining from your patio or the Beach.
Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available at the airport upon arrival
• Bus Service: A convenient 2-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.
Taxis are readily available at the airport as you exit the terminal. Taxi service is just a phone call away for pick up at your condo.
Supermarkets
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food including gluten free options.
You can pre-order groceries. Your condo will be stocked and ready when you arrive. Just let us know and we can coordinate this with your personal island property manager.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach, however there are a few steps that allow easy access into the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, and is not in our control.
