If you like to fish, cruise with a boat or any aquatic entertainment, There is a boat ramp across from the house driveway located at the tip of the Caloosahatchee River. For boat lovers, this is the perfect place to use the boat ramp, and leave the trailer in the house driveway without paying for any fees. The Davis Boat Ramp takes you to the Gulf directly via the Caloosahatchee River. There is plenty of sleeping room. Boat Ramp is withing 270 feet from house.

The home is comprised of newly renovated kitchen and renovated bathroom and laminate floors. It has a large fenced backyard with beautiful mature trees.
Enjoy your morning coffee to the sunrise on the screened-in lanai. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, located a few minutes from I75, and Historic Downtown Ft. Myers.
