Gather around the stunning island to enjoy drinks, snacks, and quality time with family and friends.

DINING SPACE:
Inside, enjoy bar seating for 4 at the kitchen island and a dining table for 6 on the outdoor deck, perfect for al fresco meals.

LIVING SPACE:
The open-concept living room offers a bright, comfortable space to unwind, whether you`re watching a movie, playing cards, or catching up with loved ones. With a Smart TV, gas fireplace, and stylish furnishings, it’s the perfect spot to relax and hang out together.

LAUNDRY:
2nd floor washer & dryer with complimentary starter laundry detergent.

ACCESS:
You’ll receive a personalized smart lockbox code that activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out. The lockbox contains two physical keys to the front door, which must be returned to the lockbox upon departure. Enjoy a smooth, contactless arrival and departure.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
10 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler, 1 beach cart, & 10 beach towels will be offered for guest use

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available in the garage for guest use. Guest may NOT use the carport area. Please note, parking spot is tight so it is recommended to bring a small car. There is public parking on our street.

TRASH:
All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view.

Trash collection takes place on Monday. Please ensure all trash is placed in the provided cans in the alley by Sunday evening so it’s ready for pickup.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance. There are also security cameras on the garage alley side of the home.

Checkout - 10am
Checkin - 4pm

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
-No refunds will be given for weather-related or personal matters. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to taking your trip.
-Must sign rental agreement
-No pets

City of Newport Beach Regulations to be followed:
-Must be 25 years of age to rent
-No parties, large gatherings, or events allowed on property
-Must abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 8am
-Must provide license plate number of vehicle being parked on property
-Guests may use all areas of the home, except for locked owner`s closets.
