ACCESS:
You will receive a personal lockbox code to access keys for entry. Walk down the alley on the right side, go upstairs to the second floor, and find the smart lockbox on the railing by the front door. Enter your code, press the lock icon, and the box will open with 2 keys inside. Please return keys at checkout.
PARKING:
1 parking spot is available for guest use. in the garage. Please note, parking spot is tight so it is recommended to bring a small car. There is public parking on our street.
TRASH:
All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view.
Trash collection day is Monday, so trash cans need to be put out Sunday evenings to ensure trash is picked up.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance. There are also security cameras on the garage alley side of the home.

-No refunds will be given for weather-related or personal matters. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to taking your trip.

-No parties, large gatherings, or events allowed on property
-Must abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 10am
-Must provide license plate number of vehicle being parked on property
-Guests may use all areas of the home, except for locked owner`s closets.
