The main level includes a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you ll find two spacious bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the lower level (basement), the third bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and access to a second full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo. This level also includes the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

This home has electric heat in all rooms as well as a gas fireplace in the living. Please note this home does not have a central AC system. Most homes in Montana do not have central air conditioning. There are 2 portable ac units located on the upper level and main. Guests of Homestead 8 are welcome to use the portable AC units during the hottest parts of the day. In the evenings, we encourage you to open the windows to enjoy the cool summer nights. To help keep the home comfortable, please close the windows and curtains or blinds during the day. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present. Fans are also available in the bedroom closets for your convenience.

The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is open seasonally. The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April until November 1st. The West Entrance then closes from November 1st until Mid-December. The entrance then reopens for the winter for oversnow travel season. The oversnow season typically runs from Mid-December until Mid-March. The entrance closes again until the opening day of the summer season in April. These dates are subject to change, please confirm park operating dates prior to booking your stay.
