Aventine Villa sijaitsee kauniilla paikalla rauhallinen, turkoosi Chalk Sound National Park. Ui ulos yksi monista pienillÀ saarilla Sound, kÀytÀ kajakkeja vierailla Iguana Island, tai snorklata koralliriutta reunalla omaisuuden - Sound tarjoaa sekÀ rauhallisen kauneuden ja rajoittamaton ulkona hauskaa. Birthday celebration

The view is spectacular! We really enjoyed the pool and the house came with plenty of pool floaties!The home was clean but does need some updating. The downstairs bedrooms don’t get any of the nice breeze, so be prepared to use the a/c. The restaurants near by are good. Be sure to check out Sapodilla beach

Relaxing Getaway

My group had such a great time at this property. The management went the extra mile for us. When we briefly just asked if there was a cutting board or sharper knives, and it didn't appear there was in the house, they just showed up the next day with brand new boards and full knife block for us. When a pack and play wasn't at the house when we arrived, they brought one over within an hour. The pictures do not do this place justice, it truly is a special place and we had a great time.

Amazing Chalk Sound

Our family had an amazing vacation at Aventine Villa!! Julian met us upon arrival to the villa and gave a walk through and instructions on everything. He was very quick to respond with any questions we had about the villa. Great experience with the team who runs this villa! The views are so beautiful. We enjoyed the pool as well as using the kayaks to paddle out to all the little islands on chalk sound. We ate at 2 places that were over by us Chalkies and Las Brisas. The vibe at Chalkies is fun and good for the kids. They played some mini golf and they also have corn hole. Taylor Bay Beach is just down the road and was our favorite. Such a beautiful place!! I am so glad we chose to stay over on Chalk Sound because we did go into Grace Bay area a couple of times and it is just so busy. If you want to get away from the tourist area this place is perfect.

Stunning Views and Lovely Breeze

We stayed for 9 days in this lovely villa on Chalk Sound. This house has incredible views of Chalk Sound as well as a large pool overlooking the sound. There is a large screen room just above the pool that is great for enjoying dinner if the breeze isn't keeping the bugs at bay. The main area of the house has a large deck with a BBQ grill and is the perfect setting for evening drinks while watching the clouds turn pink above the sound. Faye was wonderful and easily accommodated any request that we had. She even had jumper cables brought out to us when the rental car battery died. I would highly recommend this house for couples and families alike. We were traveling with our 9 month old daughter and she loved playing in the pool. The house also has a dock right on the sound with cayaks to use.

Amazing week!

If you are looking for an off the beaten path location on Provo, you will find it with this villa. Away from the crowed resort side of the island, by choosing to stay here you will treat yourselves to an authentic TCI experience. The villa is well suited for large families or several couples with four bedrooms - each with its own bathroom. The views from every room are simply stunning. The high winds kept us from doing the kayaking we envisioned, but we explored almost every inch of the island and spent time in some amazing beaches. Be prepared to drive everywhere you want/need to go because walking isn’t really a good option. But even with the necessity of driving, we were so happy to return to this magical place each evening and wake up to the beautiful Chalk Sound each morning. The kitchen was well stocked and other amenities were as described. And the support from Julian was fabulous - very well organized and available to help with questions throughout our stay. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Trip of a lifetime

First off; the rental manager and team are second to NONE. Because of the Global Pandemic, they worked with us to reschedule our original April trip to July; all without penalties. And even then, we literally came down to the day before we were supposed to arrive not knowing if we were going to be cleared to embark. All along, they worked with us closely to help monitor the situation and reassured us that our plans would be taken care of in the end. Once there, the house was way more then we anticipated and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The house is situated in the most perfect, serene, and beautiful location possible. It's high up on a hill with pristine views, yet has a private path down to it's own private water access on Chalk Sound. And the water access could not be more idyllic. The wife and I left the kids in bed every morning and took our coffee down to the sound and enjoyed a little 'us' time every day. It truly was spectacular. The kayak's provided by the house were a source of constant entertainment with me and my son (14). We went all over Chalk Sound; I highly recommend Iguana Island. The house itself can/will easily accommodate 6 people. We were 2 adults and 4 kids (all teens) and the house provided all of us a great common space to eat, dance, socialize and just be together while at the same time, provided enough refuge for everyone to get some down time if they needed to be alone. Great house for a medium family and a perfect house for 2, or even 3 couples to vacation together. This was our first time on the island, but we did our due diligence before arriving. It took months to settle on Aventine Villa. We looked at houses at Grace Bay, Long Bay Beach, Sappodilla, etc. But after visiting ALL of those places while we were in Turks and Caicos, we all agreed that Aventine Villa was by far the best choice. If you want a very well kept, luxury private home, away from all the touristy 'stuff', this house should be your top choice and you shouldn't loose any sleep over it! We were even there during a category 1 Hurricane (Iaisis) and the house did just fine. We have zero complaints and when we go back to TCI, we already know where we will be staying. I even have family and friends who have already inquired on booking the house in the future. Make Aventine your choice! You WILL not regret it!!

Wonderful House

This house worked really well for our mixed group. I think if you had more than 6 people the living space would be tight! The pool was great and the sound access was perfect. The kitchen is lightly stocked, so if you are a “cook at the house” group, be prepared to be creative.

Family Vacation for 6 Adults

The view was amazing, Room were large and lots of space. AC is extra and the shutters to close windows were broken so we did not run AC and it was very hot. Kitchen was stocked with basic which made it nice. Bring your own pool toys.. you will need them.

This property was amazing but the communication with the property managers went above and beyond! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! We felt so safe, everything was within a 15 min drive, the kayaks were great, the beds were great, shower water pressure was great, the views were outstanding... honestly there wasn't one thing here that I could consider 4 stars. We HIGHLY recommend and will 1000% be back!

Wonderful week!

We have been to TCI a few times and Villa Aventine on Chalk Sound was wonderful! We had everything to make us comfortable and the team that helped manage the property were on point! We received confirmation of our reservation and follow up information prior to leaving for our week. Julian was in constant contact with us and met us at the villa to welcome and show us around the home. All of the team members from housekeeping to pool maintenance were friendly and nice to have. The villa provided an open concept great for enjoying the view -which is breath taking and made it hard to leave. Having step in access to chalk sound with the paddle board and kayaks was a hit. The pool and chair deck was so nice with lots of room for multiple people. We had a great time hanging at the house and spending time at Taylor’s Bay beach. Both Taylor’s Bay and Sapodilla Bay are minutes down the road and provide for calm waters and gorgeous views. We visited Malcom Road Beach(don’t attempt in small rental, we get SUV or Jeep) we visited Grace Bay beach and a boat trip off Leeward Settlement. All areas of the island are easily accessible to the villa. Since we have been to the island before we were happy to visit the hustle and bustle of the Grace Bay strip, instead of being in the middle of it. The villa allowed us to bring our food(bought produce and dairy in town - IGA is not that far for picking up what you need) We had a wonderful week and highly recommend Villa Aventine and the team with property management!

Lovely views and ocean breezes in this comfortable villa

We had a great time with our family at Villa Aventine. It’s very comfortable and airy. Beautiful pool and deck area. Kayaks by the dock are great if the wind allows for a paddle to the many islands in Chalk Sound. Property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. Taylor Bay Beach a short drive away is one of the nicest on the island. Las Brisa’s restaurant was also close and delicious.

Amazing house!

Despite Corona and difficulties with flights enjoyed the house and the remoteness of it from the resort area. Many dogs in the area so be cautious if out for morning walk or walking to Taylor Bay Beach. Consteuction on houses down the road leave some of the other properties with trash in the yard

Wonderful villa !!

The property was everything the listing showed and more! Beautiful villa with incredible view. I don’t think you could find a lovelier view of the water anywhere else, and right from the deck off your bedroom . Perfect place for stunning sunrises. Check in was so easy and Julian was incredibly quick to respond when I had questions . Highly recommended if you like being a little off the beaten track away from the crowds. The villa provides everything you could possibly want or need including a new clear bottom kayak and paddle board .

Villa Aventine was perfect

The last week of July 2021 my family visited Turks and Caicos for my daughter's destination wedding held at Las Brisis. 5 of us stayed at Villa Aventine and could not have had better accommodations. While the location is close to Las Brisis other beaches, shopping was a car ride away, 20 - 25 minutes. We enjoyed all the amenities Aventine had to offer and had a 5 star vacation. I will mention the bedroom with the TV the bathroom shower was an issue leaking onto the floor however having another unused bathroom downstairs to use it was not a problem. We used the kayaks often and snorkeling right off the dock was very enjoyable. One of the kayaks does fill with water rather quickly. The management company was top notch. While COVID was in play we were able to have a service come to the villa and complete our test to return to USA. We visited several close beaches as mentioned in the overview and another one was Pelican Beach 25 minutes away near Leeward area. Lunch at Da Conch Shack is highly recommended, Las Brisis definitely and Infiniti Restaurant and Raw Bar, Mango Reef are all must visits. Shopping in Grace Bay northern end was enjoyable. Beautiful Views of Chalksound!

We all loved the amazing view we had as soon as we walked in the door. Even on our last day, a young man traveling with us said I just can't get over this view! The Villa had everything we needed for our trips to the beach, a cooler, 3 chairs, and an umbrella. There we even a few snorkeling masks and fins by the pool area. The Villa was very clean and very comfortable for all 6 of us staying there. We grilled out a few nights and on the deck. We loved our dinner at La Brista which is located just down the road on Chalksound. My favorite meal was at Mr. Grouper's, you will need reservations. We did kayak Chalksound a few times but the water can be a little rough so remember that you have to paddle back to the Villa. We did use the air conditioning in our individual rooms for sleeping There is no way in July we would have been comfortable without it. During the day and evening, we had the windows and doors open and with the nice breeze, it was okay. I would like to come back to visit the island again and I will definitely rent this same Villa.

Quiet & Peaceful

If you are looking to get away from the crowds - this place is for you. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable - bigger than I though it would be. The views of the sound were amazing! We attempted to use the kayaks, but the winds during our stay prevented us from going out very far. But, the breeze felt great by the pool and on the deck!

Great property, even better management!

Our time was great at this house! We came prepared with all sorts of extra things but the management company had it all covered. Someone met us at the house and walked us through everything there. We did have a few things pop up throughout the week and we simply text the manager and he answered out questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time here - the view of the Sound was incredible.

The whole experience was easy and positive. We enjoyed this location - private and away from the bustle of Grace Bay, but close enough to have dinner out and see other beaches. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others. Malcolm’s Road Beach was well worth the bumpy ride, as it was private and afforded fun snorkeling.

Paradise found!

This property is better than the pictures!!! My family of 5 LOVED this home. The privacy and views are unbelievable yet the location gives you access to two beautiful beaches and a fantastic restaurant (Las Brisas) just a couple of miles away. We spent the day lounging in the pool and kayaking on the Sound and then went out for dinner. Da Conch Shack, Mango Reef, and Bugaloos were only about 20 minutes away. The property manager always responded to my questions quickly prior to arrival and the check-in process was so easy. The weather was so nice that we only used the airconditioning in the bedroom on the lower level in the evening. I highly recommend this home and we look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice place in a beautiful and quiet area

If you're looking for a quiet place away from the crowds and tourist areas, Chalk Sound is it. This house on the Sound was ideal for us. Snorkeling in the Sound was pretty good. Nothing colorful or plentiful but being able to spot Lobster and Spider Crabs was fun. The kayaks have seen better days. Clearly coral is not their friend. About 40 minute between emptying the water keeps them manageable. Some of the house is showing its' age but all in all well worth the stay.
