-Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): King bed, en-suite bath, private balcony
-Guest Bedroom 3 (Main Floor): Queen bed, bathroom just outside the door
-Guest Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor): King bed
-Living Room (Ground Floor): 2 queen sized pullout sofas (can sleep up to 4 children)
