Tämä ilmava, avoin Newport loma-asunnot on upea pako jopa kahdeksan vierasta, kauniit näkymät merelle ikkunat ja massiivinen ulkona kannella!

Tämä koti sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä Nye Beach alueella Newport, historiallisessa deco -alueella. Olet lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, ostosmahdollisuuksista ja rannalta.

Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen koti tarjoaa kaikki klassisia mukavuudet, kuten pesukone / kuivuri, ja viihde kuten WiFi, kaapeli, Blu-ray DVD-soitin, ja Wii-konsolin.

Peaceful Stay in a Charming Home

This charming older home offers spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. However, some updates would enhance the experience, such as washer/dryer, new sofa and blankets. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable overall. With a few thoughtful updates, this rental could be even better for future guests.

Plenty of Room!

There was plenty of room for 7 adults, especially great for dining. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and close to the Bayfront and Nye Beach. Also, it had plenty of dishes for us to use. View of the ocean from the back deck was really nice!

Plenty of Room

There was plenty of room for 7 adults, which was great, especially in the dining area. Also, there were plenty of dishes for us to use. It's in a great location as it's walking distance to the beach and close to Nye Beach. I also love that you can see the water from the back deck!

Awesome family beach house

The house has three levels with five bedrooms, two baths, and easily accommodates several generations of families or groups of adults. It was well-stocked with towels, bedding, cleaning & laundry supplies, as well as small appliances and basic cooking ingredients, seasonings, etc. The central Newport location gives easy access to beaches, bay front, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again if needing to accommodate a large group.

rented for Family Reunion at the State Park

The house was super clean and spacious. Although we expected up to 8 guest and only had 3, we LOVED the comfort and roominess. We were able to have a couple visit to play cards one evening and they took down all the information so they could book for a future family get-together. The house was very close to the State Park where we had over 90 family members and friends join up. This house allowed us a perfect place to relax and unwind. The back deck is massive and a lovely place to have a cup of coffee. Well done, VACASA!

decent view, clean place

the great room on the main floor has good views, ,although they are diminished by the many power lines. The beds were hard and uncomfortable (we tried them all). But the place was clean, had good views and the internet/wi-fi was good. Overall a good stay, I would stay again, but I'd definitely bring some kind of mattress topper to make the bed more comfy.

Loved this comfortable, well appointed home with great ocean view

Best stocked kitchen ever encountered in a rental. Spacious bedrooms for adults with additional space for kids. Great room was perfect for our group’s celebration of a friend’s 75th birthday. Close access to beach. Large deck with ocean view . Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Nye Beach shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Deck

The space worked well for us and the location was perfect. The listing says three queens and one king. There are three full beds; one being a futon with a mattress on it, one king and one queen in the basement. Cleanliness - The up stairs bathroom had hair on the floor and the bath mat was dirty. We washed them before using them. The silverware and some teaspoons had coffee on them and were in the drawers had food on them. We washed them. The window upstairs had no screen and is low. This is dangerous for children. I have sent this feedback to the VACASA and hope they resolve the issues.

Location is great. Kitchen is well equipped. There are a couple of things that need attention. The screen in the front bedroom is torn and needs to be replaced. The screen on the sliding door needs attention. Maybe the wheels need to be replaced as it is very difficult to slide to open and close.

Lovely home that needs a few minor improvements

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, cleanliness of the house, and the play structure and deck. There were some minor issues—the window screen in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken and flying out; the screen door on the deck had been put on backwards for some reason and didn’t have a functional door handle; a couple of the dressers had broken drawer fronts that pulled off the frame when you tried to open them; there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the entire house, so we ended up having to get our own. Those issues aside, we enjoyed how quiet the house and neighborhood were and the relative proximity to the beaches and other areas around town. Overall a decent place for our stay. Easy check in and check out experience.

Nice House!

House was well equipped with cooking supplies, linens and towels! The outdoor deck is awesome and the kids loved the playground. Close to the beach and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the garage door not opening and the neighborhood across the street was a little sketchy, but no other issues overall.

Great beach house

This beach house was perfect for us... Lots of room to accommodate everyone, the playground was a big hit for the kids. The large deck was amazing to relax on, and the BBQ made feeding everyone easy. There was a full propane tank, and seasonings available to use in the kitchen. Will definitely stay again if ever needing a beach house in the area again!

Highly recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party of 4 couples and a baby. It was a very walkable house to the beach, shops, restaurants, and breweries. The only downside was the beds were not terribly comfortable and many said the beds were too firm. Nonetheless, this property was lovely and we would stay here again on future vacations.

Great Group House

We stayed here with family for a weekend. This house was clean, big enough to accommodate everyone in our 8 person party, and was a very walkable location. The house was well stocked and had plenty of sitting/dining space. I would highly recommend this house to any large group needing a place to stay!

Perfect stay

Great place !!!!

This three level 5 Bedroom House was great to stay At with the boys The air hockey was a hit !!! The deck was huge with great sunset views of the beach we will definitely have to stay here again!!!!
