Many guests are surprised that the water at nearby Skaket Beach (5 minutes) and Orleans Town Cove (4 minutes) stays warm into early October, thanks to the sun‑warmed shallows of Cape Cod Bay. It’s still perfect for a paddle, a stroll across the tidal flats, or even one last swim before the season turns.

Tucked into a quiet cul‑de‑sac in Orleans, this beautifully updated 5‑bedroom, 2.5‑bath vacation home blends modern comfort with classic coastal charm.
