The space
Ground floor
One large ensuite bedroom with Air conditioning, ceiling fans , queen size bed with mosquito nets draped, plus attached dressing room. One modern bathroom with rainfall showers hot/cold water plus his and her wash basins. Toiletries provided.

Living and dining areas are on large open verandahs. The dining table accommodates 8 persons.

The kitchen is well equipped for self catering - A village woman will can prepare Authentic Sri Lankan food. Pathma the maid will be at the house from 7 am to 5 pm daily.

1st floor
The Master Bedroom - is spacious with Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Has one double bed with mosquito net, a walk in dressing room. Large windows on 3 sides with balcony.

The bathroom has a rainfall shower and two wash basins for him and her. The bathroom has been designed to have an extensive view of the plantation.

Roof Top
the sitting area has spectacular views of the valley below and mountain ranges in the distance. Comfortable chairs and a day bed to relax on. Room to store your belongings and a full bathroom.

Two extra beds can be provided at USD 15 per bed, per head, per day ( extra beds do not have mosquito netting)
Guest access
Guests have access to entire house. If one room is booked then the house is shared with other resident guests only.

A maid will enter the house to clean and prepare the meals. The Manager is contactable 24/7 by mobile/whats app.

Guests can walk around the plantation and watch the different varieties of birds and peacocks dancing. Watch how tea and coconut is plucked, during the season how cinnamon is harvested.
During your stay
The owner will handle the reservations and on arrival an English Speaking Manager will meet the guests and introduce Pathma the maid/cook.

Give the maid a cash float, and she will purchase the groceries and prepare authentic Sri Lankan meals and give you the grocery bills.
Other things to note
A maid will clean the property daily. She arrives at 7 am and leaves at 5 pm. The maid prepares authentic Sri Lankan meals. You can give her cash float she will purchase the necessary groceries and give you the shop bills. She is very pleasing on request she will stay a couple more hours.

Extra guests - two extra beds can be provided at USD 15 per bed per day per head.

On request Peacock Hill can be stocked up with provisions.

20 litter water bottles will be provided for drinking.
