Escape to this ocean front luxury home in beautiful Punta Mita, Mexico — where palm-framed sunrises and sunsets meet personal service. Casa Alegre, is a beautiful luxury house with arguably the best views in all of Punta Mita. It features four bedrooms, five baths and has 4200 sq. ft. of indoor air-conditioned space along with another 3000 sq. ft. of outdoor patio, pool deck and terrace space.

Fantastic stay!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and we highly recommend this property. Resort was incredible and this house was perfect for a family of 8. Plenty of room, fully up to date, great pool, beautiful views and well stocked with whatever you need. Special shout out to Christain and Marcela who made our stay extra special. Casa Alegre stunner!

This Punta Mita home is beautiful: from the ocean view overlooking the golf course to the great outdoor pool area. The outdoor pool and seating area covers all your day needs and makes it even better than the beach club access (that is also included). En-suite rooms are well appointed. The entire team that supports this home makes your stay extra special. Our third time in Punta Mita - and this home is by far the nicest. Owner is easy to communicate with and we already are booked to come back again. Love it! Seeing the whales out front was a huge bonus.

Fantastic house in great location

We had two families with kids ages 9-16 and Punta Mita was fabulous. The house is beautiful and I don’t think the pictures do the view justice. One evening we decided we wanted to rent bikes and With one text to Omar they were waiting for us when we woke up. Marciela is the housekeeper and cooks a beautiful breakfast spread. A+ house.

Best Spring Break Spot!

We've spent spring break in Punta Mita for over a decade, and this was our first stay at Casa Alegre. It was perfection from start to finish! Omar (concierge) attended to our every need in advance and while on property, and Maricela (cook and housekeeper) prepared fabulous breakfasts each morning. Their service was surpassed only by their kindness! The El Encanto location is ideal, and we spent perfect afternoons and evenings by the pool and in the comfy outdoor living room enjoying the stunning view. Couldn't recommend Casa Alegre more highly!

Celebrating Papa’s 80th birthday

Despite the heat and mosquitoes we had an wonderful experience at this beautiful home. Omar, our concierge and Marsala our maid and breakfast preparer were great and met all our needs. Not the best time of year to visit this area but due to foreseen problems we had to change our visit dates at the last minute and thanks to the home owner he let us do it. Thank you, Brian.

Spectacular!

The home is pristine in every way! The little beach club and taco cafe brilliant and delicious. Having Claudia was a complete game changer for us and truly allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Better then the pictures

We can not say enough wonderful things about this home. The pictures did not do this place justice- the pictures are very accurate but the place is so much better in person. The home is the perfect outdoor/indoor beach front property. The pool is lovely and the views every morning are just wonderful. Beds are comfortable and plenty of hot water! Master bedroom has an outdoor shower which we loved. Our housekeeper/cook mercella was very sweet and made the best breakfast every morning. We arranged to have a private chef one night for my birthday and that was fantastic. I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone! Our concierge, Christian, was very attentive and made all our reservations we requested. Will be back!

Perfect Location & Home

Book now! The house is oceanfront located on a par 3. Quiet neighbors & in a gated community. Casa Alegre is the perfect floor plan for us. My husband & I traveled with my Mom and for part of the time we had an additional 2 adults plus 4 kids join us. Each bedroom is en suite and private like its own casita. 1 bedroom downstairs & 3 upstairs. Location is ideal being close to the Sufi Beach Club & pier. Everything you need is a golf cart away. We enjoyed having Maricela around cleaning for us (she makes the best guacamole) and Omar made all of our dinner reservations and car transfers. We will definitely return.

A slice of heaven

Casa Allegre is everything described and more. Spending the day at the gorgeous pool, sipping on a cocktail is a dream, while hearing the waves of the ocean. It was so relaxing and truly superb. The house is impeccably maintained with their lovely housekeeper Maricela. Everything was so pristine! We were greeted every morning with a beautiful breakfast and smile by Maricela. She is such a sweetheart and gift to the property. Christian the concierge ensured that we had all our groceries upon arrival and everything was as we needed. He was easy to communicate with and took initiative right away if we needed something. Brian, the homeowner, has been so accommodating and kind throughout the entire stay (and beforehand!). He truly wants his guests to enjoy their time in Punta Mita. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this property enough. It’s everything you could want and need and more. We were so grateful to stay here!

Our second time staying at this beautiful home. It has everything you need! Best ocean views, golf course views and the floor plan is perfect for our family. The home is kept in great condition and comes with a housekeeper and concierge to make your stay feel like you are in a hotel, but with much more privacy. We would definitely come back!

Amazing home, owner and staff

My family just returned from our spring break stay at Casa Alegre and everything about this home is first class. The owner Brian is very kind, helpful and quick to respond. We were greeted upon arrival by Omar and Maricela and they were amazing our entire stay. Omar was quick to help with anything we ever needed and was just a really great guy and same with Maricela she was so sweet, helpful and made the best breakfasts I think I have ever had. We were traveling with small children as well as teens and they all loved everything about this house too. It is such a beautiful property and really made our first time to Punta Mita all the more special and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you so much for opening your home to us Brian!

Better than the listing!

Hola! Where do I even begin? Casa Alegre is a DREAM! My family and I booked the casa for our mom’s 60th birthday trip and we were just speechless all week. There was seven of us and there was plenty of room!! Upon arrival, Omar and Felix greeted us at the door. Our amazing housekeeper, Rosario had fresh guacamole and fresh squeezed orange juice waiting for us as we walked in. Omar, Felix and Rosario were more than incredible and we cannot thank them enough for our wonderful vacation!! They assisted with booking all of our travel and excursions and Rosario made amazing breakfasts every single morning. She did our laundry and kept the house spotless daily and we were so lucky to have her all week. Felix and Omar were a huge help getting groceries and stoking the fridge upon arrival and making trips to the store for us throughout the week. The house itself is spectacular. The views are breath taking and the community the house is in is indescribable. We had a golf cart at the house where we could go in to town, to the four beach clubs - including the St. Regis and Four Seasons. We booked Chef Mita’s Catering for dinner one night and ended up booking them for three total nights. Antonio and Julio were just delightful. They made us amazing dinners and delicious drinks as we relaxed and hung out at the house. It beat all the meals we had outside the property. I highly recommend when booking Casa Alegre. The entire Casa Alegre staff made this week a vacation of a lifetime and we are so thankful!!

Fantastic 9 Day Stay at Casa Alegre!

We just returned from Punta Mita where our family of 8 adults and 2 infants enjoyed a much needed getaway at Casa Alegre. It's hard to know where to begin one's review of a very beautiful happy home as Casa Alegre means in Spanish. Brian, the home's owner, made you feel right at home before you even stepped in the villa's door. He answered emails promptly and put you at ease knowing you picked the right home to stay. Thank you Brian. We were in great hands with house managers, Omar & Giovanni, and house keeper and amazing breakfast cook, Maricela. Traveling with 2 infants presents it's own challenges and through emails, Omar assisted with airport transfers, the rentals of baby equipment and extra golf cart, a private chef for our many home dinners, grocery shopping to stock the refrigerator before our arrival and his help with making reservations when we ventured outside the villa's gates. Maricela kept the home immaculate and you almost never saw her during the day while she was there, but it's her breakfasts that were a highlight of our mornings. We got to select the breakfast menu and with a few vegetarians in our family she was flexible and gracious, from making delicious chilaquiles to favorites like French toast and fresh fruit smoothies. And before she left for the day she laid out a generous bowl of homemade guacamole and salsa and chips to enjoy by the pool. Gracias Maricela. Not knowing which baby was going to bed early, we decided to make it easy and have a private chef come and make dinner most nights. It was the best decision; Sergio and his staff, Silvia and Antonio, shopped for the meal, prepared it, set the table, served excellant margaritas followed by several tasty courses including local fresh fish, homemade salads, breads, and desserts and quietly cleaned up before they left for the night. They were fun to meet and talk with and were a special part of our family vacation. We spent lazy afternoons by the large pool overlooking the Bahia golf course and Bay of Bandaras and as other reviews noted, the photos don't fully capture all the magic of Casa Alegre and attention to detail. Each couple had a private in-suite with comfy bed and linens, a luxurious bathroom and soaps. The home has everything a large family group needs; a spacious layout to relax, play cards, listen to music, read and enjoy time together. Casa Alegre gave us a wonderful family vacation and we're grateful to all who helped make it a very happy one.

Great for 2 families

We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back. Infinity pool was fun for watching the golfers and ocean view. Breakfast cook Maricela was amazing. Overall we would love to return.

Wonderful home! Brian, the owner was very responsive and helpful.The lay out of the house is suitable for large groups and multi ages. The house staff, Maricella and Gio made everything super easy for our group. Would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxation at its finest

This is the first time I write a review. I felt compelled to do it because my family’s experience was that amazing! Casa Alegre is not only a beautiful property, the service that Maricela and Hector provide is beyond spectacular. The villa is elegant and had everything we needed: ocean view, beautiful grounds, clean, spacious, private pool, golf cart, the best concierge and housekeeper (more like house manager), and access to exclusive amenities. Brain, the owner, is accessible and charming. The last time I was as relaxed like I was visiting Casa Alegre, was before my children were born. :) My entire family enjoyed our stay and will definitely pick Casa Alegre over the Four Seasons on our next trip!
